You can walk to the Botanical Garden in 15 minutes. Legoland is 30 minutes away, and Ravensburger Spieleland is 1 hour away by car.

Here, you can take the ferry to Meersburg, and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A nice long shore path or the free, direct bus (about 15 min.) leads to the old town.
