Sound villa guest house

We arranged a villa built in 1923 into guest houses that six people (+1 extra bed) can comfortably use. In one of the most beautiful parts of Lillafüred. It has a cozy and beautiful garden next to the Szinva stream. Walking out the gate, hiking routes, bike paths, cable cars, waterfalls and many more beautiful places and programs are available. Our house with three rooms, a living room, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen awaits you with lots of love. Smart TV and WiFi included in the price!

Two floors are connected by interior staircase, but each floor has an own entrance as well. Apartment is in a quiet area of Brezno, great for skiing (just 10 minutes by car from SKI Mýto, 15 minutes from SKI-Tále, 20 minutes Chopok - Jasná juh) or just for hiking.

The apartment is located in close distance to centre in neat new-built area. It takes 7 minutes to get to the Reduta Noveau building and lens-shaped historical centre. Chata in Čingov, Slovak Paradise, host two floors with eating area on the first floor, fully equipped kitchen, also located on the first floor is a bathroom with shower. The seating area contains a fold away double bed. Second floor has two single beds in addition a bunk with the lower level able to pull out for a double bed. Walk out onto the balcony to view the Hornad river that flow through Slovak Paradise National Park. Outside includes a covered eating area and a camp fire pit.
