すごく親切に案内頂きました。内装はすごくオシャレで透き通る感がある設計です。空間も想像以上に広く、ゆっくりくつろぐことができました。

Truly one of the best airbnbs I've ever stayed! The house and its interior was gorgeous. Clean and really comfortable. Although it was nature all around, the house was still clean and free of insects! Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Geoff and Aki’s place! They are incredibly caring hosts who made sure our trip was comfortable and unforgettable. They provided us with all the necessary information about the area and were always ready to help with visiting local attractions. The house itself was warm and cozy, with a breathtaking view from the window. At the end of February, there was a lot of snow, and the nearby ski resort was open – we could even walk there! Getting to the house by taxi from Nagano was easy, but traveling back without a car was a bit tricky. Fortunately, Geoff was very kind and helped us with transportation when needed. We truly appreciate their hospitality and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Nagano!

東京の酷暑と喧騒を離れ、今年の夏7月末～8月初めの12日間を過ごしました。 新緑に囲まれた美しい庭で、風にそよぐ木々の音、野鳥のさえずり、雲の流れを感じながら静かで穏やかな時間を過ごすことができました。解放感のある全面窓の家は、ソファーで寛ぎながら、キッチンカウンターからも美しい庭を眺めることができる素敵な空間でした。 近くに地元のスーパーがあり、新鮮な食材を使い料理をしたり、午後は万座ハイウエーで万座まで、温泉に入りに草津までドライブしたりとすばらしい夏休みとなりました。 宿泊前のオーナーからの回答も迅速で、写真付きの場所の地図もわかりやすく、また、センス溢れたアメニティ、食器は、オーナーのセンスの良さを感じました。 滞在中の夜に豪雨のため停電がありましたが、オーナーがすぐに連絡を下さり、怖い思いをすることはありませんでした。 また泊まりに行きたいです。本当にありがとうございました。

Rustic accommodation in an unbelievably beautiful place. The house is spacious and comfortable. Chie and her family are very special people who made our stay a highlight. our second stay at this lovely place.

The house was clean and well furnished. Top quality amenities were provided with a huge variety of household appliances. Size of furniture are a little too big for the space. But overall, it was a great stay and we highly recommend it!

Wendy and Rodrigo were great host with wonderful hospitality! We enjoyed our stay in their lovely house and garden, they helped preparation for BBQ and wood stove ! Love to return this place again :)

This is a wonderful place to stay especially if you have a dog. It’s really modern and fully of windows to bring in the sunshine. The bath was really nice as well.

Great place to snowboard in Hakuba!

We loved our stay at Daniel’s apartment in Iwatake! Everything was as described & pictured. Pick up and drop off to station great - as was the food shop at the start. All staff friendly. The drying room was very good and something we didn’t even know was a MUST! The new Gondala was very nice and the view from the top of the mountain was stunning. The ski lift near the apt did not open when we were there even tho there was so much snow which was disappointing. Daniel always responded to questions friendly and quickly and I would recommend these apartments for skiing families. Beds and amenities were great - the washer and dryer also handy. The apts are quite a distance away from most things in Hakuba (good and bad)- it cost me $50aud round trip to go to the shops (10 mins) to get some good and there really is not many restaurants or food close by and the cheap taxi would not collect from the apts. Some other guests were noisy and could be heard through walls. Would love to come back

Jjm’s apartment was fantastic. Prime location across from the gondola, nicely appointed, comfortable beds. One of the best “ski chalets” I have ever stayed in!

Stay was 100% satisfied, very neat, well organised and well maintained. Justin was exceptionally kind, welcoming and attentive, it made me feel right at home, felt like staying again and gave references to my friends.

とても綺麗な宿でした。 窓からの景色もよく、落ち着いた雰囲気でした。 ただ、チェックイン時にオーナーが不在で、従業員に聞いてもちょっと待ってと言って、暇そうにしていました。 チェックインまで30分ほど待たされたのが、少し残念なポイントです。

Kazuki and his co-hosts were extremely helpful when a show storm shutdown all the trains and buses. Local recommendations were provided. A health emergency occurred in our group and they came to our rescue providing above and beyond care getting our friend to the clinic and further transportation assistance. Other than that this place is actually slightly bigger than it looks like in the photos. It’s the last house in the driveway and it very quiet and private with large trees bordering the back of the house. I want to go back already! Thanks everyone! We appreciate everything you did for us!

I stayed in Kesepase for the most part of the winter and I had a great experience. In a quiet area with the closest lift about 500m from the house, slightly uphill walk but not a problem for snowboarders. You can ski all the way to the back of the house thanks to the old ski slope. The staff keeps the house clean every day. There's a parking, a laundry machine, drying machine, a lot of storage room and a an equipped kitchen so the place is suitable for a long stay. It's an older house so you have to crank up the heaters to stay warm on the cold winter days.

ココしかない！毎年行かせて頂きます！！ 嫁と１歳の娘、母の４人で利用させて頂きました。 正直、久々に感動させられました。Natariaさんのホスピタリティに感動しました。 清潔感はもちろんのこと、生活をする上で必要なものは揃っています。そしてその１つ１つが妥協していないもの（例：タオルは今治タオル、テッシュ１つにしても贅沢保湿 etc.）を使用している。コスト的に大丈夫？と思ってしまうほどしっかりしたものでした。 何かあれば、すぐに来てくれて対応してくれた。調味料も無料で提供（もちろん開けていない新品です）。 BBQや焚き火用品なども追加料金など一切なく、全てものは揃っていた（食材だけは持参です）。ハンモックなどもありゆっくりとくつろぐことが出来ました。 最後のお別れは、、、こちらが姿を消すまで頭を下げてのお礼（どこの老舗旅館ですか？笑）。 全ては、お客様に優雅な時間を過ごして頂く、ことをコンセプトにやっているんだろうと確信しています。 宿泊費は人それぞれだと思いますが、私は安く感じました。 騙されたと思って一度は行ってみてください。 私と同じ気分になるでしょう。 Natariaさんには本当に感謝しております。 私もこんな素晴らしい別荘が欲しいのでマイ別荘の購入をする際はNatariaさんに色々教わろうかと思います。 これからもよろしくお願い致します。

5月下旬に滞在させていただきました。 掲載写真以上に良い環境で、緑に囲まれ、鳥のさえずり聴き、夜には焚き火をして、非常にリラックスできました。 静かでプライベートな環境でありながら、すぐ近くにスーパー等もあり利便性もよかったです。 水回りも清潔でキッチンも使いやすく、ストレスなく過ごすことができました。 ホストの方も滞在前からご連絡をいただき、質問等もすぐに返信いただき非常に助かりました。 今回は登山の帰りに1泊のみの滞在でしたが、次回はもっとゆっくり滞在してみたいと思いました！

Perfect location, walking distance to Ruze Villa where we attended a wedding. The home was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. We were grateful to the owner who reached out to us after finding my brother’s passport.

Polar is a lovely host and it helps that the instructions they provided are clear. The location is great, close enough to the forest to go for a morning walk or run and within a 10 min drive to amenities and a number of attractions.
