This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The beach itself: wide, wide, long, white sandy beach. In the house: a fire place+ sauna and 5 bed rooms (4 x double bed + 1 room with 2 bunk beds for kids)

The hilly landscape invites for walks with great views. Water Lovers can easily go for a swim in the nearby lake. At dawn or dust you'll spot Wildlife.

Vacation home in the countryside

The apartment is located in a stylish 2023 old farmhouse in the nature reserve of the Schorfheide, and is only a 2-minute walk away from the lake, where you can go for a quiet and relaxed bath. The house has a rowboat, which can be used for a fee (€10/day). From the large outdoor terrace you can observe cranes and storks in the meadow belonging to the farm. Chorin Monastery and Brodowin Ecovillage are each a 15-minute drive away (30 minutes by bike).

Enjoy a quiet, relaxing break on your own lake property. You will stay in a beautiful vacation home with lake view and direct access to Lake Lübbesee, including a private jetty. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. You have the choice between three terraces to enjoy the lake in the best possible way and a kayak to make excursions. Have fun in your lake house!

The nearby lake invites you to relax. There is a spa resource 100 meters away. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The old henhouse build in +-1940. We didn't change the outlay of the house, kept beams and windows are almost original. Only 24 sq m, but feels larger than it is. Located in the lower garden of Lake House Lebehn, with own garden entrance and a wooden terrace. €10 pet fee per dog per visit. No female dogs in season, please. No EV charging facility.
