Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The fixed Waterview - Floating holiday home on the water overlooking the Havel, including motorboat invites you to spend quiet hours on the water on the Röblinsee/Havel. Two bedrooms, air conditioning, an equipped kitchen, microwave., SMART TV & WiFi offer a great holiday with a portion of adventure. This floating home is the ideal holiday home on the water. Driving the motorboat does not require a driver's license. The motorboat & stand up board is available for use.

The “JULIA” can be booked for up to 2 people + 2 extra beds in the salon. The houseboat is firmly located in the home port of the Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg and is only 7 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. You don't need a boat license that the houseboat cannot be moved.

We have designed the boat so that you have incredible views of the sea from all large windows and terraces and experience fabulous sunsets at the lagoon. You will love the design of the decor. Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
