The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

Discover this idyllic and beachside oasis nestled within the villa district in the western spa area. The spacious 35m² two-bedroom "SwanSuites" apartment offers not only the utmost comfort but also stylish luxury. This modern building was constructed in 2023 and boasts a vast rooftop terrace with a spectacular pool and sauna landscape, offering breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea. In this cozy accommodation for 2 - 4 people you will certainly feel very comfortable. The 55 sqm will be furnished with many individual details. We are still in the process of renovation, photos of the interior will follow. It is possible to have a completely secluded holiday or to seek encounters with the guests of the 3 glamping tents. Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge.
