The newly renovated vacation home is located in the center of Grünz village, surrounded by the beautiful Randowtal. The cozy kitchen-living room offers a fireplace and a sofa bed. The bedroom with adjoining terrace invites you to have breakfast and linger. The large lawn in front of the vacation home is ideal for children and/or dogs to play and romp. In our beautiful region you can hike for hours, ride a bike and enjoy nature. The nearby lake invites you to swim, fish or go boating.

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

For families and couples, the cut is ideal, for friends rather less. Large (55 sqm) studio with three beds, kitchen and fireplace. We rent our nice little cottage 27 m², 2 min walk from Wandlitzsee to the beach 3 min to Surfing club about 5 min, 500 m from Wandlitzsee train station. Bakeries, shops or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door, Berlin nearby, other lakes in the vicinity Wi-Fi is not available everywhere. A cozy, fully insulated wooden house awaits you in the green southeast of Berlin with its own small pool and the possibility to use the sauna for a flat-rate electricity fee. 150 m to the forest and 800 m to the S-Bahn, which takes you quickly to the center with all the sights.
