Apartment vacation rentals in Übersee

We had a very nice time in the accommodation of Sandra and Franziska. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and you feel right at home! The amenities exceed all expectations and surprised us very much. A lot of effort is put into it and emphasis is placed on special features. We've never experienced it like this before. On the cozy balcony with beautiful views of the lake and mountains you can have a great breakfast or end the day! Had a great time!

Amazing safe and high tech place, super clean, friendly host with amazing view of the green mountains. Wonderful pool and having all you need. Felt like home.

Beautiful 1-room apartment with plenty of space on the terrace! We immediately felt comfortable and it was everything you need. The bathroom is very nice and the walk-in closet is super practical! Very comfortable bed and the apartment is tastefully furnished with attention to detail. We'll be very happy to come back!!

Katharina’s place was a perfect find! I’m truly grateful for her flexibility with some of my specific requests as an athlete, and I was more than positively impressed with my stay.

Nice apartment. Proper amenities and groceries available as well as laundry detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher. The village is beautiful and the view from the balcony is incredible. Please note: apartment on the 4th floor without elevator. May be difficult for some people. Note: Specify where to dispose of the glass.

Fantastik place with great hikes and restaurants close by! Beautiful view, very clean and peaceful. Veronika was a super host, good communication and made us feel at home. Can highly recommend!

it was really an amazing stay at Hanspeter's place. The house is located in a very beautiful location. The house has everything one needs to stay comfortably. For sure i would goto Hanspeter's house if i am in that area next time. Thanks for being such a nice host and keeping the house so neat and clean. Just loved it ❤️

Johanna and Flo are super sweet people but the sweetest is Rosalie, she is so cute!!!!! We were very kindly welcomed, everything is SUPER PROPER and NEAT!!!! Nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking yourself. We greatly enjoyed the super cozy and nice terrace with beautiful garden and beautiful views of the mountains. Even though we sometimes had a little rain, we could always sit dry on the terrace. You have private parking at the apartment. Across the street, a cozy Konditorei with very tasty pastries. And a very tasty Pizzeria just around the corner, Jolly Pizzeria with very tasty Pizza. There is also a small supermarket nearby. The area was very quiet and you are right on the Konigssee. In the area you can take beautiful walks and excursions. Everything was PERFECT, we enjoyed our vacation SUPER and felt AT HOME !!!! We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back. It was a wonderful stay with stunning views of the mountains at the "most beautiful end of the world." Recreation is guaranteed here. The hosts Conni and Christian are kind-hearted people, with whom you immediately feel at home and who are there to help. You can just tell that they're dedicated. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need. We would definitely recommend the Basecamp and would love to come back.

We had a great time and wonderful days in Daniela's "Gallery". We didn't miss anything, the location was good and it was super quiet! The beds were excellent and we felt very comfortable. Our two dogs were also welcome and we were able to go into the forest with them within 2 minutes!

The apartment is well equipped. The surroundings are beautifully quiet. The hostess is soooooo friendly and helpful. We were able to do many things in the area with our little one. A beautiful river and lake is right around the corner. Great hiking opportunities. We had a wonderful vacation and are really very grateful to Inge for her extremely hospitable manner :)

Clean apartment at a very good location

Cozy, small apartment. Start your morning right with a coffee maker filled with coffee beans. On the balcony you can sit nicely, look into nature and relax. We felt very comfortable. Thanks also for the friendly and uncomplicated communication.

The apartment met our expectations 100%. Even exceeded, there was a new coffee machine and the balcony overlooking the Kampenwand was simply wonderful. Fantastic surroundings with plenty of opportunities for beautiful activities. Lake Chiemsee is great, in good weather there are many swimming areas. We recommend the beach bar in Übersee. Bavarian tavern culture is available everywhere and delicious and always super friendly staff even when the place is buzzing. We recommend the Hirzinger (Alte Post). However, you are already dependent on the car to be able to explore as much as possible. For the programming of TV and channels, you could possibly provide a handout (for bad weather days). All in all, we had a great vacation and were overwhelmed by the mountains (as northern lights)

Really a great and beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the mountains and the valley. Quiet and relaxing. Christiane was super nice, helpful and you immediately felt well taken care of. Absolutely recommended!

We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). We will be happy to come back.❤️🐶🐓🌷⛰️☀️

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is a short walk away, we even went there 2x. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The amenities of the apartment were very good and as described. It had everything you needed for everyday vacation life. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the ringing of the cowbells from time to time. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

We felt comfortable immediately, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirlpool was our highlight and already heated and usable when we arrived:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village:) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our host. We will definitely come again!!!!!

The apartment was well equipped. In addition to the hot tub, which we liked to use, the small extras and an overall well thought-out user concept were the highlights of the apartment for us. We felt comfortable throughout the stay. With the Baics, such as communication and cleanliness, everything was great! We'd love to come back

I can only recommend it. Very nice Airbnb, large indoor and outdoor area.
