The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On top there is a mini balcony.

Our loving house with feel-good garden is located in an absolutely quiet idyll overlooking the Kampenwand and invites you to recover from stressful everyday life. The Chiemsee beach is a 5-minute walk away. Outside the front door, you will find very well-developed cycling and hiking trails into the fields and moors. Located in the beautiful village of Übersee, the spacious house offers approx. 200 m² of living space for up to 10 people – ideal for family vacations, groups of friends or small retreats. The pool is available from April/May to the end of September.

The Farmers Home with its 190 m² is ideal for "Family and Friends". You live and cook on the ground floor. You go out to the courtyard of the farmhouse with tables and chairs - ideal for an outdoor breakfast or a barbecue evening. The view is towards the horse pasture and farms. On the first floor there are a total of 3 double rooms - one of them with an en-suite bathroom. 2 more bathrooms are located in the Farmers Home.

The house entrance and the stairwell are shared. The apartment itself is a self-contained, private space with its own bathroom and balcony. Apartment for up to 4 people. The apartment is located 8 minutes on foot from the shore of Lake Chiemsee in Übersee-Feldwies.

Remise - Villa Horn

Looking for an exceptional, cozy place to escape the ordinary? Then the Villa Horn remise is just the right place for you. One of our guests described the remise as a “Tiny House with antiques.” Surrounded by old trees is the former remise, adjacent to our 140-year-old villa in the beautiful Übersee am Chiemsee. The stylish small duplex, furnished with antique furniture and pictures, accommodates two people.

Tiny House Bergen Schwesterchen

Tiny House Bergen Schwesterchen Welcome to our tiny house, which we built ourselves with a lot of love. We hope you feel just as comfortable as we do. Under the big roof is a second tiny house, "Brüderchen," which can also be booked via Airbnb. Both Tinys have their own terrace, but share a roof and a shared space in the middle with a washer and dryer as well as the large garden.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus wagon on our property. In front of the circus wagon there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on your mood. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
