The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Die Ferienwohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohnraum mit neuwertiger Einbauküche. Diese ist großzügig eingerichtet. In diesem Raum befinden sich eine Eckcouch, als Schlafcouch nutzbar und ein Esstisch. Der Wohnraum ist hell und führt direkt auf eine mediterrane Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit, Sonnenliegen und Grill. Blick auf den See und die Alpen. Das Schlafzimmer besteht aus einem Doppelbett und einem Einbauschrank. Das Badezimmer verfügt über Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Kinder willkommen.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Die Wohnung liegt beschaulich und völlig ruhig in der Parallelstrasse zum See. Sie befindet sich im 2. ten Stock über unserer zweiten Ferienwohnung Captain‘s house und hat einen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne Richtung Bodensee. Ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt euch vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Wir haben eine Ladestation für E- Autos. Für kleine Kinder ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. In diesem Fall ist die 2te FEWO besser geeignet.

In just 50 steps, you are right in front of Lake Constance on the Überlingen waterfront promenade. Walking along the lake, you will come to the lido and then continue towards the shore park. There are numerous restaurants on the lakeside promenade. The boat landing stage and the train and bus stations are within walking distance. Car park one street away.

Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung ist funktonal und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es stehen Parkplätze zur Verfügung und die Bahnhaltestelle wie auch der See sind in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Der schöne Uferweg lädt zu Spaziergängen ein.
