The vacation rental is located in the basement of our residential building and has a separate entrance. It consists of a living/sleeping room, kitchen and bathroom. The living/sleeping room is bright and friendly, equipped with a double bed with a lying surface of 1.60 x 2.00 m. Extra bed 0.80 x 1.90 m or children's travel bed for 3rd person if necessary. Both not possible at the same time. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Highchair will be provided if needed.

The apartment with 64 square meters is located on the 1st floor of a residential building and has 3.5 rooms, including 2 bedrooms (both with a double bed of 1.80). In another 1.5 rooms is the living area with pull-out sofa, access to the balcony, TV and free Wifi. In the dining room there is a cozy dining area and access to the fully equipped kitchen. The daylight bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. A parking space (no. 6) directly in front of the apartment is also included.

IM BLAUEN HÄUSLE - Ferienwohnungen is a small charming old town house in Überlingen, just a few minutes from Lake Constance. An an angled treasure box is hidden behind our small inconspicuous entrance door in the historic "Überlinger village". The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

My apartment in Überlingen is in a very quiet location on Lake Constance. As a guest, you can park directly in front of the apartment. If you want to use public transport, you have a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Feel free to store your wheels. Lake Constance/downtown is about 20 minutes' walk away. You can also have breakfast in a sunny location in front of the apartment. Private parking space for the car and 2 bikes.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." Our apartment impresses with its wonderful location not far from the lake. It is high quality and comfortably furnished, quietly located overlooking the beautiful garden. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the lake and go swimming directly in the lido. It is also close to the beautiful old town of Überlingen. It is about 20 minutes on foot. A bus runs at your doorstep. Parking is free on the quiet residential street.
