The vacation rental is located in the basement of our residential building and has a separate entrance. It consists of a living/sleeping room, kitchen and bathroom. The living/sleeping room is bright and friendly, equipped with a double bed with a lying surface of 1.60 x 2.00 m. Extra bed 0.80 x 1.90 m or children's travel bed for 3rd person if necessary. Both not possible at the same time. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Highchair will be provided if needed.

The apartment with 64 square meters is located on the 1st floor of a residential building and has 3.5 rooms, including 2 bedrooms (both with a double bed of 1.80). In another 1.5 rooms is the living area with pull-out sofa, access to the balcony, TV and free Wifi. In the dining room there is a cozy dining area and access to the fully equipped kitchen. The daylight bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. A parking space (no. 6) directly in front of the apartment is also included.

100m to the lake: Dreamlike penthouse

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

IN the BLUE HOUSE - apartments are a small charming old town house in Überlingen, only a few minutes from Lake Constance. An an angled treasure box is hidden behind our small inconspicuous entrance door in the historic "Überlinger village". Die Ferienwohnung ist 44 m² groß und besteht aus einem Wohn-/Essbereich mit offener Küche, einem separaten Schlafzimmer, einem eigenen Bad sowie einem Außensitzplatz. Die Wohnung und die gesamte Einrichtung sind hochwertig und sehr gepflegt. Wir möchten unseren Gästebereich der airbnb-Community anbieten, wenn wir ihn privat nicht nutzen. Cozy apartment to relax

My apartment in Überlingen is in a very quiet location on Lake Constance. As a guest, you can park directly in front of the apartment. If you want to use public transport, you have a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Feel free to store your wheels. Lake Constance/downtown is about 20 minutes' walk away. You can also have breakfast in a sunny location in front of the apartment. Private parking space for the car and 2 bikes.

In the morning run to the lake in swimsuits and swim a small round, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the balcony and then spend the day in the beach 2min away. In the evening, stroll into the beautiful old town of Überlingen and then end the evening on the balcony. Überlingen am Bodensee apartment in the old town

The 80 sqm 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 600-year-old patrician house in the old town of Überlingen. The lake, the pedestrian zone and two supermarkets are a few minutes' walk away. The house, lovingly renovated in 2017, impresses with its special location in the traffic-calmed Luziengasse overlooking the museum garden and the lake.
