Beides gleichzeitig nicht möglich.Bad mit Dusche und WC. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Kinderstuhl wird bei Bedarf beigestellt.

Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in zentraler Lage, „Neue Mitte“, in Überlingen, nur 850 Meter von der historischen Altstadt und dem Bahnhof entfernt, den See erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 11-15 Minuten. Im Umkreis von 150 Metern stehen diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Ein PKW-Stellplatz ist kostenlos direkt am Haus vorhanden, zur Bushaltestelle sind es nur 100 Meter. Die DG-Wohnung verfügt über: 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, 1 Wohn-Küche mit 1 Schlafsofa.

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen. You can have a quiet and relaxing time as well as the opportunity to enjoy the busy and bustling city with it's lovely cobbled streets, the market place, the lake with ice cream parlours, restaurants and pubs. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two family house with two balconies and a garden.
