Charming house by the lake, Bakkevig Gard Nedstrand

The house is west facing with a view of the lake and only a few meters down to the lake shore. Below the house is a nice, spacious garden and on the upper side lawn up to the road. The house was built around 1970, and has a slightly retro style. The kitchen was renovated in 2024 and there is a new floor in the kitchen/living room and new windows facing south. New roof is under planning. It is possible to rent a boat and kayaks for trips on the fjord in the local area. Otherwise, there are many nice hiking opportunities on foot both in the local area and the district otherwise.

The house is located in Føresvik on Bokn, 5 km from Arvågen ferry dock, where the ferry goes, which takes you to/from Stavanger, and we are located 35 km from Haugesund. The house was built in 1932, but has been upgraded over time, and today has a standard that we are used to having at home. The property is located 150m from the lake, good fishing grounds, and shop. There are beautiful hiking trails around us, and Boknafjellet with its height of 293 meters above sea level, has a gravel road up and must be experienced. Boat may be available by appointment

Experience the great view from the accommodation and enjoy the tranquility of your own private beach. Take a swim in the fjord, paddle out to the nearest island 15 min by canoe. Private beach, with canoes, swimming and fishing. Walking distance 15 min on footpath to grocery store. Short distance to many great hiking areas. Odda and Trolltunga are 1 hour and 45 min away by car. Nedstrand with beautiful mountains 40 min by car. Local mountains 3 min drive away. You live in the middle between Stavanger 1 hour and 30 min and Bergen 2 hours and 30 min.

The studio is brightly decorated and furnished with, among other things, a sofa bed and TV with Apple TV – ideal for both everyday life and relaxation. The separate sleeping alcove has a double bed and gives a good room feeling. The practical kitchenette has what you need to cook simple meals, and the great bathroom has a modern standard with shower. Outside you will find a small and cozy café set, where you can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the lake

Recharge your batteries in this unique and quiet house in the woods in Tysvær. In the middle of Stavanger and Bergen. From here it is a 5 min walk to the fjord - where there is the possibility to fish. There is an undisturbed, large garden with fruit trees and ornamental shrubs and forest in rural surroundings. Lots of bird chirping and nature around. Good hiking opportunities on foot. The house has electricity and water. And associated tool house with possibility for storage and firewood available for heating.

Nydelig utsikt og beliggenhet i en rolig og idyllisk bygd i Nedstrands-fjorden med dens flotte strender og skjærgård og grønnkledde frodige fjell. Boligen holder høy standard og er komfortabel med unike detaljer og spennende løsninger. Området rundt boligen er Naturtomt med flere sitteplasser. Vi har Standup paddleboards (SUP) som kan lånes gratis. Det er elbillader, hengekøye, bålpanne, spiseplasser, vedfyrt pizzaovn og grill i hagen.

Cosy house by a lake - all by yourself

A cosy house on the countryside originally built about 1930. The interior is old fashioned and simple, but new kitchen and toilet as well as painting and some refurbishing makes the house up to simple standard. The new toilet is Incinolet electric incinerating toilet. Ground floor has entrance, living room, kitchen, bed room and bath/toilet. First floor has three sleeping rooms. Big lawn as well as outside terrace and 20 acres of wood to explore. Row boat is available. Free fishing in the lake.

Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location. Older newly renovated detached house on the SUNNY SIDE in Skjoldastraumen. 50 m to the lake, with the possibility of boat rental. Walking distance to the store and gas station. Walking distance to the beach, sand volleyball court and frisbee golf course. Many hiking opportunities Lammanuten, Hest and Himakånå ++++ Here is Norway's only saltwater lock that is in operation. There are also good fishing opportunities.

The price of our house includes the use of the boat, but not the fuel. Read more in the house rules. Our beach house. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 beds in each room, it is bright and cozy. Equipped kitchen and living room overlooking the fjord. Outdoor terrace facing the water. You can fish directly from the shore or go out on a boat. A true paradise for amateur and expert fishermen. The place includes spaces especially for families and children.

Peaceful place with lake view and possibility for fishing and private beach. Endless hiking opportunities with, among other things, Himakånå, Stølanuten and Dalvanuten. Shop and ferry 4 km. Speedboat to Stavanger. The house has a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. The 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor.
