Stockholm can be reached in 30 minutes by car, by bus in 60 minutes. On the front, there is a balcony and garden that provides privacy from the main building. On the back is a newly-built terrace overlooking the forest.

The villa is 160 sqm and has three bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms with a large natural plot and a walk down to the sea where there is a swimming area and a jetty.
