Our outdoor cat will stay unless you have notified us otherwise (requires nothing from you as a guest).

Cozy little house, lake view and forest plot, Värmdö

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Welcome to the cottage as it is called, the original dwelling house at our small farm built in the 19th century. Here you live with horses and chickens as neighbors, 20 minutes from Stockholm city by car. The walls whisper about stories from a bygone era. Here you enjoy the farm's charm without sacrificing any amenities. The cottage is 130 sqm and there are two separate bedrooms. This is not out in the countryside but a city farm that offers accessibility but animals and nature around the corner!

Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

Only 80 meters away (bathrobe distance) there is a park by the lake, perfect for swimming and fishing, and with bus connections a few hundred meters away you can easily reach Stockholm's city pulse. The cottage is fully equipped with kitchen, toilet and shower – perfect for a relaxing or active stay in nature, always with the city's amenities within reach.
