"The Minnehaha" is the site of a future boutique hostel, currently guests have the opportunity to rent the lower level to themselves! Commercially zoned along the historic Minnehaha Mile - 2 blocks from the Light Rail and minutes from both the Airport and Downtown. Safe parking, free laundry and large private outdoor area for guests. Plenty of coffee spots, grocery stores, bars and restaurants within walking distance or Metro Transit. Very bike friendly. This is an air-conditioned third floor 625 sq.ft. addition to a 1925 duplex. It was built in 2000, has windows on all sides, and no walls except the bathroom. The property is totally fenced, and includes lovely gardens and a front patio, and is located in a quiet neighborhood very near Macalester College in St. Paul. I think it has everything guests would want except a full kitchen. Fortunately, there are many good restaurants and grocery stores, nearby, especially on Grand Avenue.
