Uptown Gem, walk to the Lake & dining.

Enjoy newly constructed, stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Close to dining, shopping, recreation and Bde Maka Ska (lake). Access to professionally landscaped yard with an adirondack seating area, fire pit or stream your favorite movie on the movie screen. Walk, jog or bike the paths around the lakes. Some of my favorite establishments - all walking distance - Black Walnut Bakery, Sooki & Mimi, Basement Bar, Uptown Cafe, Granada Theater, Barbette, Amazing Thailand & Tenka Ramen.

You're 2 blocks from public transit and close to restaurants, bars, grocery, coffee shops, and a liquor store. You're 2 miles from Downtown. Two guests are best, but the space can accommodate three. One of the city’s best inner-city parks is across the street with a walking path in warm months, and a sledding hill and ice skating in winter! The lake is NOT suitable for swimming.

The view of the sunsets over the lake is unforgettable from this 1928, 2 br condo. Whether here for a game, to see friends or to explore - you'll love it here. Guests enjoy a private entrance, ample parking, fresh linens, good coffee, a park and paths. It is walkable to cafés, bakeries and a brewery. The airport, stadiums, MOA, Minnehaha Falls are close. There is a shared, small patio in back. There is some street noise during busier times of the day, but quiet at night.

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a spacious kitchen open to a great room that is perfect for socializing, cooking and relaxing, watching the ducks swim by. Dock installed in 2025. The lake is quiet, non motorized, perfect for canoeing/paddle boarding. Easy walk to the village and access to bike trails. 1 mile walk to Lake Minnetonka. Dogs require approval - please message about your dog. Interior is updated, exterior gives a rustic cottage feel. There is no dock.

New, beautifully designed carriage house a block from Lake Hiawatha near the airport and Minnehaha Falls. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, Minnehaha Creek, light rail. Large windows with lots of light, kitchen, washer/dryer, A/C, TV, fast Wifi internet. We built our space to be a quiet refuge in the city, providing plenty of light and amenities to sit and chill for days, but also great access to explore everything the city has to offer.

This unit is one half of a double bungalow with the hosts living right next door. It is completely private with its own separate entrance.

Stay in your own private home which was recently remodeled and is located one block from Lake Phalen. The home has a full kitchen which is fully stocked. Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest. The large patio located between the homes is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain or enjoy a meal.
