Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Tuscania

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

The views are breathtaking. The area is perfectly walkable to almost all the big archeological sites and good food. The apartment was huge, the kitchen was perfect. The air conditioning units don’t really work effectively, it was hot without the windows open at night. There was someone playing live music and singing downstairs right outside the colosseum every night which we loved.

Stefano met us in person during check-in, and we felt his warm hospitality from the beginning. He is patient and very helpful, gave us guides to nearby supermarkets, great food and great gelato. Furthermore, everything is walking distance away. Stefano and Alessia's place is really conveniently located, and we enjoyed the accessibility even to the city center of Rome. We really appreciate Stefano's proactive hospitality and always sharing with us that he's a message away.

This was one of the best Air BnBs we have stayed in. Light and airy, spacious, super clean, and the building had great character. We were able to walk to the Collesseum and there was a metro just around the corner. Andrea was super friendly, responsive and made some great dining recommendations (we tried several of them - Trattoria Monti was a stand out!). There is a small toaster oven which was good for reheating leftover pizza and foccacia. Note there is no microwave. Washer/dryer was great for doing our clothes before moving to our next destination. Highly recommended- thank you Andrea and Luciana.

We loved our stay at Lio’s place! The apartment is exactly as pictured, highlighted by a big, beautiful kitchen and huge windows that let tons of natural light into the main sitting room. All rooms (sitting room and bedrooms) have shutters to make them dark for when you want to sleep. Beds are super comfy and the washer/dryer were so helpful keeping our kids’ clothes clean. The location is terrific - in a safe and walkable neighborhood. Easy access to get around all of Rome but particularly convenient to Vatican City. Most importantly, Lio is a wonderful host! Super responsive, greeted us on arrival, and even helped settle our luggage into the flat. Couldn’t imagine a kinder host :) We hope we’re lucky enough to stay with Lio again if we’re ever in Rome. If you have any doubts, don’t hesitate and book now! Thank you, Lio, for a wonderful stay!

This was an OUTSTANDING stay, and I cannot wait to come back!!! After staying here, I will never stay in a different area when returning. The apartment was absolutely pristine. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! Wow, we had a WONDERFUL time, the apartment is beautiful and spacious (for Rome). Perfect location for easy access to shopping, taxi stands, local sites. Stefano was a perfect host. He accommodated our early check in request, was proactive, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. He also arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us. I've stayed at many AirBnBs but this one was one of the best. I highly recommend it. Thank you Stefano!

Absolutely loved the location, close enough to walk everywhere but out of the main hustle & bustle. Restaurants & best little Jewish bakery on the street right outside. Having own kitchen meant we didn’t have to eat out every night which was good as we were exhausted after some big days exploring. David was a great communicator and also provided information for restaurants when asked & checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay here again. The house is so unique, perched on the edge of the tufa cliffs. It is also very beautiful and comfortable—and the excavations beneath the house are fascinating. It is also very private and quiet as it is situated in the quiet end of town. We were able to easily walk to the museums and the Duomo and the stunning San Giovenale church is just around the corner. Giovanni provided a list of restaurants and we were never disappointed with his recommendations. The house manager, Paolo, is very friendly and responsive but he speaks very little English. Thank goodness for Google Translator!

Marco’s place is in the heart of Montichiello village, perched atop a hill with beautiful views. We stayed one night during our biking trip from Siena and wished we could have stayed longer! Marco is a kind and thoughtful host. The apartment is clean, stylish, and comfortable, with spotless bathrooms and a great shower. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a cozy table for meals. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep the space cool in summer. The apartment is on the first floor, reached by stairs lined with flower pots, and features a charming bookshelf at the entrance. On the ground floor, there’s a storage room where we safely stored our bikes alongside Marco’s. It also has a washing machine and dryer available. A local grocery store is just 300 meters away. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in this lovely village!

We had a wonderful time staying with Andrea. He was very welcoming and always available to help. He assisted us with great recommendations and with booking restaurants and wineries. The tower itself is a truly unique place, and the peaceful surroundings created the perfect atmosphere for our stay.

From being attentive before we got there to answering my text, I thought everything was just wonderful. The home seems to me to be a very local Italian home with history. I would have love to know more about the home and the history. Love the furniture they used because it makes the home come together. If only walls could Speak….🗣️ I would have love to listen.

Calcata alleine ist die Reise wert. Das Spa von Christian ist eine Oase der Entspannung. Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen dort verbracht und waren trotz der Fotos wahnsinnig überrascht, wie schön diese Unterkunft ist. Wir können es absolut empfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ronciglione liegt strategisch sehr günstig , die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt,ohne Autoverkehr, nachts sehr ruhig, morgens hört man nur das Vogelgezwitscher. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut modernisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The airbnb was great! Great views, the room facing the valley was nice and quiet, very quaint, old home. We were quite comfortable. You have to park a bit far from the Airbnb, so just be aware of that and try to reduce the number of trips you will need to make between the car and the Airbnb - we had our baby with us so that can be a bit tricky. Also, like in most homes in Europe, the floors are mostly stone/tile so I would recommend bringing comfy house socks or slippers. We also enjoyed the shops right outside of the door!

We can’t say enough good about Paola’s place. It is absolutely beautiful and the location is so pretty. The scenery & sunsets are breathtaking. Paola is so very kind, always checking to make sure everything is to your liking. She had wonderful restaurant recommendations and even made our reservations for us which was very helpful. If you’re not good on your feet, the walk up to the main area of Montepulciano, is a bit of a hike up as well as from parking area just so you’re prepared. You’ll have everything you need at Paola’s as she has everything. You’ll be right at home. Make sure you go to the Fruit Cafe for coffee and any breakfast or snacks. The owner is such a nice man and his coffee and food are so good. The bed is comfy at Paola’s and the shower is nice and hot and lasts. It was one of our nicest stays. Thanks for everything Paola!!

Very central to restaurants and main attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The rooftop balcony added the perfect Italian flair to late night evenings! We highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

Fabrizio is an excellent host and greeted us upon arrival. The air bnb was beautiful and in a great, walkable location!

Sandro was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions that we had. He put together a wonderful book outlining everything from restaurants to what to expect at places of interest. We got there early and he met us at the apartment and allowed us to store our baggage until the apartment was cleaned. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling and planning on seeing the Vatican.

Giordano was a great host. Accommodation was clean, tidy and exactly as described. Easy to find all of the tourist attractions with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely stay!

The hosts were friendly, responsive and very nice. The apartment looks exactly as on the photos. The location was very comfortable as it’s 4 minutes walking from the 8 tram which goes to Piazza Venezia. The apartment was more than well equipped with all kind of staff for cooking, bathroom and all. Thank you very much! You made our stay at Rome wonderful, cozy and comfortable!

We loved our stay here! The condo was very clean on arrival and we were welcomed with an assortment of pastries and bottle of wine. Silvia thought of everything we could need during our stay and had it stocked for our arrival - we did not need to buy any household items while there. The condo is beautiful inside and the bed was very comfortable. Our check in process was smooth and Silvia provided very clear instructions on how to use various appliances in the place. We loved our time here and would highly recommend this stay!
