Ilios Apt old town,roof terrace,balcony,view!

In the medieval city of Rhodes a ‘’cozy nest ‘’perfect for couples in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100 m away from the old town’s market place. The maisonette was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat. The maisonette enfolds about 40 sq on two floors,a balcony on the first floor and a 15 sq roof terrace on the top. TV, satellite, DVD player and free WiFi are offered. The ground floor includes kitchen corner full equipped with a small sitting-area , a big wardrobe and the bath room. On the first floor is the bedroom with a romantic balcony . A small wooden stairs leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old ,the new city of Rhodes and the harbor of the island. Just a few meters away is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Taverns and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go on daily trips to other Dodecanese islands or to one of the beaches on Rhodes island. The apartment is located in a family apartment building, its quiet and in the most convenient location: next to a sandwich shop, ~250 meters from the supermarket, bakery & bank. 350 meters from a butcher shop, 300 meters from a pastry shop, 800 meters from old town entrance (San Francisco church), 600 meters from main highway to south Rhodes and airport and with free parking around the area.

This Cozy 2+1 is located in center of Marmaris. In the house there are all you need. Coffee machine, teapot, microvawe oven, WM, dishwasher, two TV sets etc. All the rooms has air conditioner. Apartment located on the seaside. There is public beach across the street. On the mainroad 15 minutes parking is free. You can easily find free parking place around three parallel roads far from the sea. It means five minutes walking distance.

Daire 20 üniteli havuzlu bir apart otelin içindedir. 2. katta bulunan dairenin hem yol tarafına bakan hem de havuz tarafına bakan 2 balkonu vardır. Şehir merkezine 1 km, sahile 400 metre mesafededir. Hemen yakınında süper market, biraz ilerisinde perşembe günleri kurulan şehir pazarı vardır. Aileler için uygun bir konaklama seçeneğidir. Stay in a lovely newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment with private entrance, air conditioning, fully equipped brand new kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and 2 balconies. Spacious and comfortable apartment with 1 bedroom with a double bed and the 2nd bedroom with two single beds that can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
