A wonderful stay in a beautiful house. Tugay was a great host & a very efficient communicator. The house is exactly as described, really nice place with all the amenities you could need & in a lovely area. Quiet, peaceful & a short drive away from everywhere! Mr. Necati and his wife were really nice. They helped with everything, no matter the time, thank you so much. The pool is really good in the room we stayed in, and the hot tub was perfect. We are really pleased with the location close to the grocery stores and the gas station. Thanks again.

There were some minor shortcomings, but Mr. Mutlu and Mr. Mahmut take care of everything right away and they are very professional. The pool is large and very nice; we enjoyed it very much as a family. The fact that there is both a dining table and a seating area on the patio made our time outside even more enjoyable. The house is in a location with a very nice breeze between the mountains. There is no air conditioning in the 4th room; if you are interested in that issue, it is useful to keep it according to it (especially on the hot days of the summer). Overall, it was a vacation we really enjoyed. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Having the pool kept the kids happy all week. We hired a car as it is up a steep hill. It's in a good location, only minutes into Olu Deniz if you drive. Fethiye is about 20 minutes away, we spent some lovely evenings there. We would definitely rebook. it felt like home away from home. We had a peaceful time in this wonderful house where we came for a honeymoon. We embraced it as our own home. Even though it was the end of October, we were still able to get into the pool. Thank you, we'd love to come back

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Anatolian Apartments as a group of six of family, and the duplex apartment was perfectly suitable for us. It was clean, tidy, and well-organized, with all the necessary kitchen equipment available for our needs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful—ideal for a relaxing holiday. One of the highlights for me was the pool, which provided the perfect opportunity for my early morning swim sessions. Parking was easy, right next to the building on the side of the road. The location is also great—very close to both Çalış Beach (10 mins drive) and central Fethiye (20 mins) . We had dinner every evening at one of the many restaurants on Barış Manço Boulevard, just a short drive away. Deniz Bey was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! I’m already planning to visit again in September and hope to stay here once more if it’s available. Highly recommended!

it was nice to have the location of the house and everything that should be in the house. It is a very spacious accommodation for large families and groups, which can always be preferred.

Perfect base prior to Gulet trip. Nicer than the photos, lovely bedding. 2 open plan bedrooms closed off with curtains, plenty of room for family of 4. Migros nearby for self catering groceries.

Arife and Oliver were great hosts, gave us great recommendations and were very helpful. The property was beautiful and peaceful and had everything we needed. We had a very comfortable week here. Lots of shops and restaurants in Kayakoy which was easy to reach on foot. Beaches and Fethiye just a short drive away.

We were generally satisfied with our 2-week stay. The house, especially the bathroom, was a little old but quite clean and tidy. The garden is very pleasant and ideal for people with pets. Our host helped and supported us with everything. Thank you so much.

Defne’s place was absolutely perfect! The apartment was very clean and beautifully maintained we felt right at home from the start. The location was ideal for exploring the area, with everything within easy reach. Defne was an outstanding host warm, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. Eda is very friendly and she was quick to respond to messages. She was very caring. Her parents are very sweet people. They invited us to breakfast (the meal lacked bird milk). Her mother was very friendly. On the way back, they dropped us off at the airport for an affordable price. & Thank you for everything Located in the center of Bodrum and within walking distance to the taxi and bus station. We didn't have any difficulty with transportation.

A wonderful house. The garden and poolside are very enjoyable. A perfect choice for a large group of friends in a peaceful environment. The host Nur is very polite and very helpful. We also thank her for the breakfast treats. The architecture of the house is also magnificent.

An amazing house located in an unforgettable place! Sunset is just breathtaking and the view of the Aegean Sea is exceptional! The pool is beautiful and very much appreciated. A little piece of heaven on earth! The fishing village of Sogut is purely authentic and we enjoyed the kindness of the shopkeepers and restaurateurs. The sea trip on Captain Mutlu's boat and swimming in the paradisiacal coves are unmissable! The house offers all the comforts desired! Accommodation better than in the photos, pleasant stay, Mrs. Deniz is very friendly, the instructions for getting to the accommodation are very clear. The beach is accessible by public transport in 10 minutes (even without a car) Everything is nearby Flawless residence. My kids loved the pool.

This is a perfect place to have a relaxing and quiet break. The house was lovely and well equipped and the views over the pine covered hills - gorgeous.

We loved our stay in this Stone Villa. Communication from the Host was very quick and they were always happy to help. The Villa is surrounded by peaceful and tranquil nature. very relaxing! We loved the cats that visited us everyday of our stay. We had around 7 cats in the garden with us one night! Wish we could have brought one home with us! The photos matched the Villa perfectly, and everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of kitchenware available. All bedrooms had comfy beds. We would definitely recommend a car hire as the Villa is located in a small village about 15 minute drive to the main shops and restaurants. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and hope to return again 😊
