What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! Good location and a charming apartment with a great view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daniele’s place. This was our favourite place during our trip around Italy, I wish we could have stayed longer. The villa is super peaceful in gorgeous surroundings. Carmine and Gioia were super co-hosts and very welcoming to us. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Although it was out of the city, getting into the city was walkable or a short bus ride away. We would love to come back to stay for longer, thank you Daniele.

What a beautiful place! Great view of the lake. Sergio was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us local recommendations and even made us a fruit salad. I will definitely be booking with Sergio again the next time we are in Umbria.

I truly enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. The best part was the host – so kind, warm, and welcoming! They made sure I had everything I needed and were always just a message away. 😊 Just something to note for future guests: the house is quite remote and up a hill, with no nearby neighbors. It can feel a little quiet. if you're not used to that kind of setting. But if you're looking for peace, privacy, and a break from the busy world, this is the perfect escape. We loved staying in Montalcino at Lisa's place. Lisa was a fantastic host and responded quickly. She gave us her picks for restaurants, wine tastings, etc, which were excellent choices. The Airbnb was ideally situated right off the main square. It has a yard, which we enjoyed, and a very functional kitchen with everything we needed. The king-size bed was very comfortable and had high-quality linens. This is a hilltop city, so keep this in mind for anyone unable to walk up steeper inclines throughout the city. We enjoyed the exercise and the stunning views. We stayed for a week and I could have easily stayed longer as we got to know the restaurants, stores and the area. Montalcino is a charming place to spend your time. It was a good location from which to take day trips. There is so much to do in the general area. We highly recommend you stay here; it was the highlight of our trip, and we felt like we were in good hands. Thank you, Lisa!

We really enjoyed our stay, except that it was too short! We will need to return for a longer stay to really allow the peace and calm there to sink in. Special thanks to Mario and his daughter for welcoming us even though we were delayed several hours by the power outage in France’s Alpes-Maritime region, where we were arriving from. The sitting area in the garden has a spectacular view of the surrounding Tuscan hills. Next time, we will make better use of it, including for star-gazing in the clear night sky.

Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

The stay at Andreas and Natchana's was very nice, quiet, relaxing and dog-friendly. The fenced garden, which is also protected from wildlife by a pasture fence, not only offers a well-maintained pool, but has everything you need for your needs. There are plenty of different seating/reclining options and a barbecue corner with its own sink. In general, the garden in the evening with its lighting, the lake in the background and the fireflies is an absolute dream ambience. The house is very cozy and furnished to a high standard. There is everything in dishes and spices, so you only have to buy food. Who books this place won't be sorry for you.

Staying at Agrigreen La Lama was hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, Rita welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality that we felt at home. The property is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm—surrounded by nature and the kind of quiet that soothes the soul. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was getting to cook in Rita’s own home, which she generously opened to us. It was such a unique and personal experience that made us feel truly connected to the space and the spirit of the farm. If you’re looking for a place to slow down, feel grounded, and enjoy genuine hospitality, Rita’s space is an absolute gem. I’m already looking forward to the day I can return.

Beautiful Farmhouse. Lovely place even better in person. The grounds are large and lovely. Great pool. You look out to the town of Cortona from the bedroom and kitchen windows. So relaxing super close a 10 min drive to Cortona 30 mins to Montepulciano. A great base to explore. Host super responsive we were late checking in sure to train delays and it wasn’t a problem. Even got to experience some of Federica’s fabulous wine. Would come back for sure it’s a gem.

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

We felt comfortable from the first moment. Beautiful terrace, very, very nice pool, good facilities, everything you need. We plan to come back.

Gigi’s place is one of the most peaceful places we’ve stayed in in Italy. The location is gorgeous and perfectly located between different towns to explore (Cortona, Arezzo, Montepulciano to name a few). A car is necessary but you can get to the town center for groceries and local produce in 10 minutes. We enjoyed spending our days by the pool, cooking and barbecuing in the garden. The kitchen was the most equipped I’ve ever seen for an Airbnb and the house was spotless. Extra supplies were left for us as well if we needed which was a nice touch. Gigi was always available for recommendations and extremely friendly. If you’re looking for calm and quiet this is your place!!

This place was very nice and beautiful, the scenery was breathtaking and the views were great. Facilities were well kept and it was very peaceful. The animals were also cute. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever been to.

Antonella, Andreas and not to forget Lullu are perfect and so relaxed hosts. They sweetened our mornings with fresh bread, croissants & coffee. The apartment is well equipped and of high quality. We spent 5 days in Passignano, convenient for visiting the surrounding towns and cities. Martina is very kind and always available. The apartment is really nice and well-kept. We have a large dog and the fenced garden is perfect. We had a great time! Highly recommended!!

To value this property, you have to start with the HOST, a professional in every sense. From the minute 0 of the reservation, until check-out; always attentive, very friendly and very professional. It's a pleasure to meet serious people and this gives the app value. The beach house is a paradise in Italy. Easy access, attention to detail, peace, nature, comfort. Our trip was as a family with our two poodles and I think they were the ones who enjoyed the property the most, seeing them run and jump through the green areas of the property and live with many birds, rabbits is priceless. Our daughter enjoyed her stay studying and with the peace and quiet of the place, it was easy for her to concentrate. We, on the other hand, did some sightseeing in the area, everything is very close and well connected by road. It is a very well-kept, safe property and above all, enjoying its sunset, sitting on a lounger, enjoying a good wine (from the area) is an unrepeatable experience. Thank you Maurizio.

The accommodation and especially the garden looks even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures! The location is really beautiful, it is absolutely quiet and you have a breathtaking view of the Tuscan countryside. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The hostess was also super friendly, helpful and warm! We will definitely come back:-)

The Wine Loft is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The modern architecture is gorgeous and the views are magical. We traveled by trains and it was easy to take a taxi (arranged by the Wine Loft) from the station. Additionally, we enjoyed walking the country path through the woods and meadow to Bagno Vignoni. We highly recommend this beautiful property. The wines were a phenomenal addition to the stay.

It's been a great time. Very quiet area. Everything you need is within easy reach. The accommodation is lovingly designed. Everything very clean and very new. The hot tub is great, we will be happy to come back.
