What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! We loved our time at Luca's place. We visited Tuscany with our college aged kids. Luca's house was comfortable and welcoming. We went out for a few meals, but also enjoyed preparing foods in the wonderful kitchen. We ate dinners together and played board games on the spacious kitchen table. It was homey. We called it "cucina magica" because all of the foods we cooked came out so perfectly. This is a wonderful home in a lovely setting with hiking trails from the backyard. We spent several mornings at the nearby hot springs. What a treat! Luca was communicative and helpful with all of our questions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daniele’s place. This was our favourite place during our trip around Italy, I wish we could have stayed longer. The villa is super peaceful in gorgeous surroundings. Carmine and Gioia were super co-hosts and very welcoming to us. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Although it was out of the city, getting into the city was walkable or a short bus ride away. We would love to come back to stay for longer, thank you Daniele.

What a beautiful place! Great view of the lake. Sergio was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us local recommendations and even made us a fruit salad. I will definitely be booking with Sergio again the next time we are in Umbria.

Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

A short while ago, we (4 adults of the same family) stayed in this house. It is located nearby lake Trashmeno and you can have a great view from the house. The traditional house is surrounded with a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool. The house is specious, a big living room and a well equipped kitchen. It is clean. Above all, The hosts Sheetal and Vittorio are super helpful. They waited us at the door steps, gave us all the detailed information about What to do, Where to eat & drink, supermarket, etc. and also helped us to make a restaurant reservation. They responded to our questions throughout with detailed information and links. They are the best hosts to us. Sheetal and Vittorio, many thanks. If we could, we'd like to spend our holiday here again. It is highly recommended.

The stay at Andreas and Natchana's was very nice, quiet, relaxing and dog-friendly. The fenced garden, which is also protected from wildlife by a pasture fence, not only offers a well-maintained pool, but has everything you need for your needs. There are plenty of different seating/reclining options and a barbecue corner with its own sink. In general, the garden in the evening with its lighting, the lake in the background and the fireflies is an absolute dream ambience. The house is very cozy and furnished to a high standard. There is everything in dishes and spices, so you only have to buy food. Who books this place won't be sorry for you.

Beautiful Farmhouse. Lovely place even better in person. The grounds are large and lovely. Great pool. You look out to the town of Cortona from the bedroom and kitchen windows. So relaxing super close a 10 min drive to Cortona 30 mins to Montepulciano. A great base to explore. Host super responsive we were late checking in sure to train delays and it wasn’t a problem. Even got to experience some of Federica’s fabulous wine. Would come back for sure it’s a gem.

We felt comfortable from the first moment. Beautiful terrace, very, very nice pool, good facilities, everything you need. We plan to come back.

This place was very nice and beautiful, the scenery was breathtaking and the views were great. Facilities were well kept and it was very peaceful. The animals were also cute. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever been to.

I won't soon forget the wonderful view from the terrace and the infinite tranquility - a really nice stay. My dog really enjoyed the large property where she could move freely. The house was very clean and functionally furnished. The pool was great, too. Overall, we felt very comfortable. Communication with Valentina or Valentin's husband was very straightforward. I was impressed by the speed of the response: when there was a problem in the bathroom, I had just sent the message, he was already standing in front of me and fixed the problem. If you are looking for peace, a magnificent view and a great environment with very nice landlords, this is the place to be!!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. We spent 5 days in Passignano, convenient for visiting the surrounding towns and cities. Martina is very kind and always available. The apartment is really nice and well-kept. We have a large dog and the fenced garden is perfect. We had a great time! Highly recommended!!

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

The Wine Loft is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The modern architecture is gorgeous and the views are magical. We traveled by trains and it was easy to take a taxi (arranged by the Wine Loft) from the station. Additionally, we enjoyed walking the country path through the woods and meadow to Bagno Vignoni. We highly recommend this beautiful property. The wines were a phenomenal addition to the stay.

Rossella was the perfect host. The house was stunning and in the perfect location. It was a great stay for everyone.

Gigi’s place is one of the most peaceful places we’ve stayed in in Italy. The location is gorgeous and perfectly located between different towns to explore (Cortona, Arezzo, Montepulciano to name a few). A car is necessary but you can get to the town center for groceries and local produce in 10 minutes. We enjoyed spending our days by the pool, cooking and barbecuing in the garden. The kitchen was the most equipped I’ve ever seen for an Airbnb and the house was spotless. Extra supplies were left for us as well if we needed which was a nice touch. Gigi was always available for recommendations and extremely friendly. If you’re looking for calm and quiet this is your place!!
