Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Tunturi-Lappi

We spent 2 nights in Sanna's house and everything was perfect. Before you even arrived, communication with Sanna was very quick and easy. Her house is very nice, very well decorated and filled with little touches. The sauna is a real plus. This is the first time I've stayed with someone else and felt so good there. There are people who have a sense of service and Sanna is definitely one of them. I can only recommend, everything was just perfect.

Fantastic house, very good amenities, beautiful views with wild animals. This in a nice central location. Only for us, the beds were a bit on the soft side.

The house is located in Lapland's most beautiful village Vuontisjärvi and the scenery to "mountain" Ounastunturi is stunning. The house is very well equipped, has a lot of space, is well-functioning and the furnishing is stylish. This is a perfect place to relax!

We thank Matti and Marita for the nice time in the house and will be very happy to come back. It was totally relaxing and we felt at home from the 1st second. The house is very cozy and warm, perfectly clean and the bathroom was newly renovated with foot underfloor heating and anything that makes it pleasant. The sauna was great. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Beds were very comfortable. The internet was very fast and is fast enough to work from there if you have to. We enjoyed the trip to the reindeer, the cross-country skis and recovered very well during long walks in the woods. The hosts were always approachable and totally helpful. It was very interesting and we learned a lot about Lapland and Finland. Thank you for everything and hopefully until soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Jan's place. Jan always responded quickly, which made the trip super easy! It was a great coziness, which was really good. The cabin had everything we needed :)

Very nice cottage among the trees, snow, close to the lake. Almost like a postcard. We loved its authentic family home character, and the beautiful old brick "stove" that almost made us regret not being able to use the old built-in wood stove. The decor is not modern, but that's precisely what gives it its charm and what we liked. The house is spacious, very functional with a kitchen equipped for cooking, as well as all the small foods left available in the closet and fridge. Nothing is missing for our comfort . Plan to heat the wood-burning sauna about 1 hour before use. Remember to always take the keys before going out because the door slams and you're locked out! (There is probably a way to do it, but we still don't understand how the locks work...) The lake is within walking distance but you have to make a small detour because access at the end of the street is private.

Everything was perfect! Very responsive host. Entire cottage located near the center of Akasalompo in the middle of fir trees and in a very pleasant setting. The accommodation was true to the description, well-equipped and very clean. I would recommend it and would definitely stay again.

Lovely old cottage renovated with good taste in a quiet location. The chickens were running around in the yard and the owner was really nice. The evening sun shone beautifully inside and in the morning we went to the sauna. Really neat and all the amenities were found. I have to come again!

This lovely apartment was right next to the ski trails and within walking distance of restaurants and ski slopes. The listing was just as it's described. We stayed with four adults and the space was good, I'm sure it was great for a family with children. The apartment was clean and had everything you need to cook. We stayed over Easter, definitely at the busiest time, but the area was peaceful. We thought this place was an excellent value for the price and location. The hosts were also friendly and communication was smooth.

We only spent two days at Ismo to explore Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park. It was beautiful, but far too short. Ismo's house fully met our expectations, we felt very comfortable immediately. Ismo was always available and responded quickly to our questions. Overall a perfect stay.

Great apartment. Everything was almost new and the apartment was really well equipped. The apartment looked even better live than in the photos and the space was efficiently used. The location near the southern slopes is convenient, as there are good slopes and trails, and there is plenty of parking space next to them. A big plus for charging an electric car.

Have a nice stay in this comfortable modern cabin with amazing views. We were startled to get off the list when we left, but we understood that when we saw how beautiful the house is decorated and decorated. You're careful about that.

We have spent a full week at Antti’s place and would happily go back. The apartament has everything you need, is clean and in a great location. Antti is great to communicate with! The only thing that could have been slightly better is the sofa in the living room is not particularly comfortable but for a short stay it’s absolutely fine. As I said I would happily book again. 5 stars from our family!

Beautiful cabin with beautiful mountains nearby. We totally loved our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Petri's apartment was very comfortable. The equipment of the kitchen as well as the rest of the apartment was also very good. The center as well as many restaurants is in walking distance. Many winter activities (cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, ski-Doo) were also very quick to reach.

The apartment is in a great location and in pristine condition. Perfect for four people, even if it's a studio. Elina handled everything nicely and kindly answered her silly question. Thanks, Elina!

A fantastic, fully equipped property in a magical forest location. The kitchen and all the utensils contained in it offer the possibility of a fully independent self-catering, the bedroom as well as the beds are cozy, the indoor sauna provides limitless relaxation and washing machine as well as dryers allow textile care if you return home after challenging hikes or sports activities. Päivi is also a host as a guest could ask for: infinitely lovable and friendly, always good to reach and charming in communication. We therefore lacked nothing during our stay and we would be happy to be Päivi's guests again at any time and recommend Päivi's cottage without reservation. Just 5 mins drive away from town! Away from all the noise and yet not too far away from town. Better to have a car as there is a private carpark provided. Nice view from the yard as well. Will definitely be back.

Excellent stay near Kilpisjärvi, the accommodation was great for 6 people. We would have stayed longer with pleasure!

Convenient accommodation to the supermarket and restaurants, two minutes from the entrance of the cross-country slopes, quiet area. Very clean when we arrive, it has everything you need for a great stay! Johanna was very friendly in her responses and quick to support! Highly recommended for those of us who have done a week of cross-country skiing on these wonderful slopes!
