A peaceful cottage on the shore of a river full of fish. You can't drive all the way to the yard, but you can leave your car in the parking lot, and from there you can walk about a kilometer on a marked path to get there. During the winter season, you can ski from the parking lot or you can separately buy a snowmobile ride to the cottage. The cottage does not have basic heating, but a wood stove. There is no electricity or running water in the cottage. The nearest store is 20 km away in Heta. The app gives a slightly wrong address but the correct one is in the instructions @kultapiiskunmokki

Kelomökki Kuksa, a nature-loving wilderness cottage on the shores of the Tapojoki River. Running water, indoor toilet, electric heating, wood stove and Wi-Fi at your disposal. In the summer, you can take a dip in the river in the backyard, and there are long planks from the cottage to the beach. 200m away is Äkäsjoki, and a 15-minute drive away is one of Europe's best salmon rivers, Torniojoki. In the cottage, you are at peace by the beautiful nature of Lapland, but at the same time so close to services. Best suited for six vacationers. The cottage has three bedrooms with comfortable double beds, where you will always find beds with duvets. From the living room window you can see the beautiful and majestic Ylläs fell among the trees.

It's easy to relax in this unique and peaceful holiday destination. The cottage is located on the shore of Lake Ounasjoki. Behind the river is Aakenustunturi. The cottage has electric heating, a wood stove and a fireplace. The sauna is heated with wood, which is also located in the same building. Access to the sauna is via the terrace. Water for the sauna is collected from the river with buckets and heated with wood in the sauna pad. The property has a very clean outdoor toilet with no heating. Ice hole in the river open in winter.

It´s located in northern Lapland, close to the main road by the lake, and close to small village Pulju(1,2km). There are no services in the village, except warm people and wonderful nature! Nearest grocery store etc.are in Levi 54 km. Cabin is a small studio, ideal for 2, but 4 if needed..and there's room to put a tent outside too. Inc.sauna and outdoor toilet.

Private log cabin in the middle of Finnish nature

Almost a hundred years old log cabin that's been renovated to fit some modern needs. The cabin consists of a large kitchen/living room area and two bedroom which both have beds for two people. Couch in the living room can also be turned into a double bed. There is an indoor dry toilet, also outside toilet. The cabin does have electricity and is equipped with e.g. tv and a microwave. There is both a gas stove and a wood-burning stove. I will bring 50 liters of water in prepared containers.

Peace and quiet are guaranteed, with services just a few kilometres away!
