Set in the beautiful rolling East Sussex countryside, in a designated AONB, Winters Farm Cottage is a lovely retreat.  Originally the stable block for Winters Farm, the cottage has been sympathetically converted retaining some original features and stylishly modernised. With outstanding views from the cosy interior we are sure you will have a wonderful break in this peaceful cottage. The cottage is detached, self contained & set away from the owners house with direct access to public footpaths.

Cosy Annex with en-suite shower and private patio

A modern annex with en-suite bathroom. Would suit a business traveller, a couple or a young family for an affordable weekend/holiday getaway. The space comfortably sleeps 3, the pull out trundle bed can provide an additional full size single bed to fit a 4th person. However, this does compromise floor space and we feel this option would only suit a family with young children. The annex does not have a kitchen but tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, mini fridge,microwave and outside BBQ

Ideally located for Lewes, the iconic Seven Sisters Cliffs and South Downs. Hop into the hammock and sit by a glowing fire-pit in the summer, or snuggle up in front of the wood-burner in the winter - the Tack Barn is special all year round.

Located on a 120 acre farm. The ultimate star gazing pad. The unusual lodging is fully equipped to help you enjoy a excellent and original night. A cosy bed, a toilet, shower, clean towels and a thousand stars over you. Lay in bed turn off the lamps and start counting. Our Grade ll Barn is in a quiet countryside spot within driving distance of Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Brighton and Hastings. This unique place has a style all of its own. A spacious home for a romantic getaway or a weekend adventure exploring the local beaches, walks & golf clubs The Barn is equipped with a hot tub, outdoor cinema screen, Ooni pizza oven, firepit/BBQ. We have a driveway which has space for two cars directly outside. *Please note our place is NOT suitable for children.

Countryside location with hot tub and sauna

We are offering our pool house which consists of sauna, hot tub, kitchen, double shower room, bedroom/living room with separate wc. Beautiful countryside views. This building is located in our garden which is an acre in total. From the garden you have the added bonus of seeing Llamas and wild deer in the adjoining field. We are situated close to the cuckoo line and there are beautiful walks nearby. We do allow dogs but we do ask that they are added to your reservation as we make a charge.

The Hideout - in the heart of Ashdown Forest

The Hideout is located down a private drive, well off the road and right on Ashdown Forest. We are a five minute walk from Gills Lap which is a central walking hub on the forest. Dogs are welcome and there is a secure, enclosed courtyard garden. You can walk for miles from the gate and we provide maps and walking suggestions. Forest Row, a ten minute drive, provides good shops, restaurants and cafes. There is a great local pub, The Hatch Inn, which is walkable during daylight hours.

Woodland Shepherds Hut situated at Coes Farm an Organic Vineyard and Orchard making Natural wines and cider, 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre organic vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, great butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.
