It’s a block from the Midland Valley Trail. You can walk to restaurants and the Gathering Place. It’s a garage apt that feels like a treehouse with the blinds open. I was there for four months and loved the privacy and location. Enjoy.

Sherri was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, she made everything so easy and welcoming. Her place was beautiful, super clean, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. You can tell she really cares about her guests — every little detail was thoughtful and made my stay even better. The neighborhood was peaceful, and I felt completely safe the whole time. This was our fifth time staying here—and for good reason! It’s consistently clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The hosts are lovely, communication is always smooth, and the little touches make it feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect—especially if you’re heading to a show at Cain’s. The location was walkable to every thing on our list! The place was super clean and parking on street was better than expected. We enjoyed the sky patio and playing pool in the lounge area too. We hope to be back soon

We were very pleased with Genes place. It was our first Air BnB, so we were a little worried about how it might be. But it was very clean, and made me feel like I was at home. He provided everything one might need. If I ever find myself needing a place to stay, I’m going to see if this Air BnB is available.

This house is an absolute gem. Super family friendly and spacious for our doggo to join us. The loft was a kid favorite!

We stayed at Amy's house for 1 night to attend a wedding in Tulsa. The house is within 10 minutes of the airport which was so helpful for early morning flights. The house is so cute and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. Amy is helpful and responsive.

This artful, modern, bright little place is a standout. I appreciated the sparkling clean, the "vintage meets modern" feel and the high quality mattress and linens. One warning: the steep, narrow and off-kilter staircase is not for those with balance or mobility issues. Otherwise, however, the climb to the bedroom is part of the charm. I will stay here again!

We loved our stay at Johnathan’s. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and was the perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring Tulsa. Relaxing, inside and out, set in a nice quiet neighbourhood with cute park only walking distance away this house ticked all of our boxes (and the bed must be one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in). We would definitely stay there again should we get another opportunity to visit Tulsa!

The home was one of the cleanest we have stayed in and the pictures did it justice. We liked the open floor plan and that we were able to bring our little Cocker Spaniel with us was an extra plus the fenced in backyard was wonderful. We enjoyed the extra amenities as well. Maureen was a very responsive host.

We have stayed few nights while in Tulsa for a basketball tournament. Place was exactly what we were looking for. It was really peaceful and we had great night sleep. Beds were very comfortable and whole place was super clean. Place was stocked with everything we needed for few days stay. There was even a hoop in the backyard that my son used any chance he got. We would definitely stay here again if in town.

This home is in new condition. It was very clean. The appliances are all high end. The location is a quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe. The couch in the living room is super comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Loved the house. Instructions to enter the home were clear and concise. Bed sheets were amazing and the beds were so comfortable. Loved sitting outside on the patio. It was so peaceful and so pretty with all the trees. Lots to do in and around the area and she left plenty of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Will definitely stay there again.

Host was very responsive to questions and quickly brought batteries for the ceiling fan remote. The location is perfect for getting around Tulsa, and wonderful restaurant and coffee options in walking distance. 10/10 will stay again and recommend to others.

This place was absolutely perfect for my son and I while staying in Tulsa. Adam and his team were incredibly responsive and great communicators. The place had everything we needed for the week and was such a cozy spot!

The stay was amazing! It was cozy and clean and made the Kids and I feel like we were right at home, away from home (Arizona). I was told that we were in a sketchy area due to being so close to 61st and peoria. But we had absolutely NO ISSUES! Woke up to the beautiful sound of the rain and sun and birds chirping. Upstairs could fit 7 people and then downstairs another 2. So there is plenty space and options for sleeping. There was games that you could play, the boys played twister. Everything was clean, and I love that they chose to use white, for blankets and sheets, because you can’t hide anything with white so you know that it was clean. Easy to book, find, and they had cameras everywhere on the front so you felt secure. We drove from Az so that was 16 hours, with 3 kids and my husband. So we were extreme tired when we got off the road. So thank you for making this booking process easy and providing us a place to stay for the week. We truly appreciate it. Blessing

Pristine, updated, well-equipped condo in a convenient south Tulsa location. We were in town for a family event in the area, and we'll definitely stay here again when we're in town. We were initially booked at another Airbnb that needed significant maintenance. Amber responded within minutes to troubleshoot and relocate us to this unit, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Her responsiveness was unparalleled, and she worked into the night to accommodate us. This unit was slightly tricky to find in the dark, but it's located in a friendly condo community with ample free parking. The unit is compact but efficient and comfortable. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable, newly renovated, and well-stocked with extra linens. The only downside to the condo is that it's not accessible for all: there are stairs up from the parking lot and into the unit, which may be a challenge for adults with mobility issues and families with young children.

What a great stay! Safe and gated apartment complex, coin laundry available, cozy and home-like, perfect for 1-2 people. Aside from a couple of small imperfections that affected the aesthetic, I have no complaints! The host was especially friendly and proactive. Would definitely stay here again!

I found this place to be perfect for my family and I while we were in town. I had sufficient Internet connection which allowed me to work while away from home. We enjoyed the walking distance to all the restaurants very convenient. we'll be staying here again next time we're in town
