My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

The chalet apartment is located in the quiet district of Spillstatt, only 6 minutes from the train station and approx. 10 minutes from the village center. From the apartment and the spacious balcony you have a view of the famous Eiger North Face.
