Ivana was an excellent host and she responded to all our messages promptly and was extremely helpful. We visited as 6 adults. The property is essentially two apartments. One on the top floor with two bedrooms and one on the ground floor. Both very clean and tidy The pool house is a lovely feature with amazing views of Sunmartin. There are two restaurants and a bar within walking distance and Sunmartin is a 5 minute drive away (approx another 6 restaurants and bars). Tommy's supermarket is also 5 minutes drive away. There are lots of areas locally to swim in the fantastic clear blue sea. Ivana ensures her guests have everything they need to enjoy their time in Selca. If you are looking for an unspoilt part of the world that hasn't yet been hit by tourism then look no further than Villa Diamond.

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. Upravo smo se vratili s odmora u ovoj predivnoj vili i jednostavno moramo podijeliti svoje oduševljenje! Tražili smo smještaj koji nudi potpunu privatnost i opuštanje, a ova vila je nadmašila sva naša očekivanja. Smještena usred netaknute prirode, vila pruža nevjerojatan osjećaj mira i spokoja. Započinjanje dana uz cvrkut ptica i svjež zrak, daleko od gradske vreve, bio je pravi melem za dušu. Bazen je bio apsolutni hit! Prostran, čist i s dovoljno ležaljki za sve – idealan za jutarnje osvježenje ili popodnevno uživanje pod suncem. Posebno nam se svidjelo što je bazen potpuno privatan, što nam je omogućilo da se opustimo bez ikakvih smetnji. Vrt je priča za sebe. Prekrasno uređen, s obiljem zelenila i šarenog cvijeća, i mnoštvom povrća pravo je umjetničko djelo. Svaki kutak vrta odiše pažnjom i ljubavlju, pružajući savršen ambijent za večernja druženja ili jednostavno uživanje u tišini. Dijete je obožavalo istraživati svaki kutak! Ova vila nije samo smještaj, već jedinstveno iskustvo.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt hier! Alles hat exakt den Bildern entsprochen. Ria war super erreichbar, wir haben uns sofort wilkommen gefühlt und wir haben tolle Tips bekommen. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, man kann einfach Mal den Kopf vom Alltag frei benommen. Auch schöne Ausflugsziele sind einfach zu finden und bei Fragen kann man sich auch jederzeit bei Ria melden, die tolle Empfehlungen hat!

I had a great stay at Tom’s villa! It’s in a beautiful setting with incredible views of the Adriatic and the mountains in the distance, with a sparkling pool and vineyards in between - stunning! Shops and restaurants nearby were open during the first few days of my stay but closed down in early October. Plenty of great restaurants in Jelsa though which was still walking distance from the villa (3km). Tom had wine, and other drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table prior to checking which was so appreciated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking (spices, oils, etc). Don’t hesitate, if you’re looking for a great villa in a perfect setting, book Villa Tomic!

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Milena and Mirko’s villa. From the moment we arrived, Milena made us feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality was truly above and beyond – always available, kind, generous and full of advice and local secrets.  Mirko was equally lovely – a kind-hearted host who regularly checked on the villa to make sure everything was perfect. He even brought us thoughtful little gifts during our stay, which made us feel extra special. The villa itself is immaculately maintained. The pool and hot tub are outstanding, and the outdoor summer kitchen is a dream come true – perfect for cooking and relaxing in the stunning surroundings. The view from the villa gave us a true sense of peace and escape. We can't recommend this place enough. It’s clear that Milena and Mirko put their hearts into hosting this villa. We would definitely return.

So happy with our stay here in Hvar. What a find! The location is unbeatable, just down a few steps and you are right there on main harbor. So easy to walk from the ferry. But just far enough back to be very quiet and private. The home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We LOVED the balcony and the upper-level kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Very nice decor, furniture, and appliances - just as in the pictures. The host was so kind and helpful. Coffee shop just outside. Restaurants all around. The location really is incredible - we will 100% stay here if we are back in Hvar.

Had a lovely stay at Jelena’s place. We’re two families with young children (one 3 yrs and two infants 6 months) and the apartment and it’s outdoors gave us everything we needed for the week! Great views over the mountains. We loved that we had the pool by our selves and many sitting areas in shade in the garden. There were always somewhere we could sit outside depending on the wheather. Close to supermarket, beaches, Omiš town etc when we wanted to do something. Jelena was very kind, helpful and gave our stay the extra touch! Would have loved to stay another week. Truly recommend!

We had a delayed flight and showed up to Irenas place quite late, but her mother in law was still there to greet us and could not have been nicer. When we got into the apartment we were gifted with some smoked meats and cheeses, tomatoes and bread. Such a beautiful touch and we enjoyed every bit of it. The apartment itself was very clean, had everything we needed and beautiful scenes from the balcony. The apartment is up a hill but it's a nice walk up the hill and nothing we weren't able for. At night it was so peaceful, and waking up every morning to the sea was amazing. Irenas mother in law was very helpful and she let us know where we could find her if we needed anything. This Airbnb is one of the nicest I have stayed in and at a very reasonable cost, I can't believe we found such a hidden gem!! We would love to stay here again when we are back in Omis (we will definitely be back!) if irena and her fanily would have us. Thank you for a beautiful and perfect stay xx❤️

Uns hat das Apartment sehr gut gefallen! Der Ausblick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang waren wunderschön! Das Apartment hatte alles, was man brauchte. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Das Sofa nebenan leider etwas hart. Die Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Dusche jedoch für 2m große Menschen etwas klein. Der Balkon war schön groß, mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und es gab die Möglichkeit Wäsche aufzuhängen. Die Schlafzimmer lassen sich gut abdunkeln. Hier könnte man nur mal knapp neue Bettdecken investieren. In wenigen Minuten ist man fußläufig am Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch nicht weit. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Apartment auch wieder buchen.

Amazing place, spotless clean, great location, peaceful apartment with a beautiful view. Bojana is great host, quick in response, helpful, if there is any problem she will help you in matter of minutes. Apartment has all you need, kitchen fully equipped as well as bathroom. Welcome was very warming, Bojana welcomed us with fruits, breakfast and welcome pack as we were coming very late to apartment. Thank you Bojana for a very nice stay!

We loved our stay here!!! The view is absolutely beautiful and the apartment was clean and comfortable. It was giant! We were met with Lily the family dog downstairs and she was so sweet!Definitely a great place to stay. Jasmina helped us out by letting us check out later when we had an issue arise in Hvar Old Town and was so kind. It is definitely a bit difficult to get back and forth from Hvar Old Town in a cheap way but if you’re planning on renting a car or staying in Stari Grad it’s beautiful and easy to get to Old Town Stari Grad from the apartment! 10/10 recommend!

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment 2 mins walk to the most beautiful beach & same to the harbour ... A lovely apartment spacious for 2 with all u need and a comfortable bed ..There is a hotel built in front but still has a seaview with a beautiful sunset every evening. When we got off the ferry there was no taxi and a long wait for the bus without even asking Vinko offered to pick us up. We had a late flight so he allowed us to change in his home and store our luggage so we could spend the last day enjoying Postira ..On request he organised a taxi at a good price to take us back to the ferry . We will definitely be back Vinko u are a gentleman:))

location location location. a 15 min walk and ur in old town and a 10 min walk ur at the Pokonji dollar Beach. modern design and furnishings. very comfortable and welcoming. the host was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb properties and I would have to say this has been one of my favourites. there’s no question that are welcome by Baldo was amazing. He was helpful friendly fun and full of helpful tips. He remained in touch throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and having fun in Split. The apartment itself was right in the middle of the action so we felt close to everything. It was beautifully presented, well equipped, and comfortable with everything imaginable available to us I would love to return one day and would have no hesitation in recommending this property as one of the best in Split.

We LOVED our stay! The home is large and well-appointed. A car is definitely needed if staying here. We loved the pool and outdoor kitchens. The beds were comfy and super clean. We also enjoyed the beach area though the walk back up was quite the workout!!! We would definitely recommend this home for anyone wanting to chill and enjoy the views! It’s about 20 minutes from old town Split but with traffic, it was much longer for us. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Nenad is an amazing host that is responsive and helpful. He showed us a short path to town and provided great suggestions during our stay! We wish we could have stayed longer as the house and pool proved to be an oasis with great privacy for a few days!

Beautiful property with everything you could wish for! On arrival there was home cooked pastries were waiting along with milk and basic groceries. Every item of kitchen equipment you could wish for as well as an outside kitchen near the bbq. Only negative is no handrail on stairs but apart from that beautiful property and great host

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen. die Lage ist traumhaf. sehr ruhig und man kann direkt von der Villa ins Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat so wie auf den Fotos ausgesehen. die Küche im Haus und auch die Aussenküche waren top ausgerüstet und hatten alles, was man braucht. der Grill und der Pizzaofen fanden wir super. das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen. Restaurants hat es keine in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber genügend vorhanden und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. das Haus ist perfekt für erholsame Ferien.

We loved the house. The view was wonderful, as was the pool. Very refreshing to come home after a day at the beach. The beds were really good, and a luxury with private bathroom to every bedroom. The house was really well equipped, and we loved the outdoor barbeque area. Would absolutely rent again.

Zeljka was an extremly kind hostess and answered all our questions very fast. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this fantastic villa. Everything was fresh and clean and with plenty of things to do. Recommend this to everyone looking for a calm, relaxing, beautiful vacation.

We loved our stay at this property. The location was fantastic, in a small village a short drive from the larger town of Omis. The villa itself was beautiful, and wonderfully clean. The outside amenities including the pool and the spa were so lovely after a day's exploring. Marin met us on arrival, and showed us around the property which was very helpful and welcoming. The area was stunning, with so much variety and lots to see and do. We particularly enjoyed our Zipline experience in Omis, and horse riding at Scuderia Montana in nearby Dubrava. All in all, a fantastic stay, thank you!

Olimme kymmenen hengen seurueella lomalla, johon kuului 5 aikuista ja 5 lasta. Asunto oli siisti ja siinä oli riittävästi tilaa meille kaikille. Suuri terassialue, uima-allas ja poreamme olivat kovassa käytössä. Asunto sijaitsee rinteessä mutta alas kylään oli sopiva noin 15 minuutin kävelymatka. Lämmin suositus kohteesta mikäli olet menossa Makarskaan!
