On the upper floor there is a room with a large bed and a fully equipped private bathroom. Grocery store is opposite the apartments and the commercial Marmont street and charming square Prokurative are 250m away. Diocletian's Palace, which is under the protection of UNESCO and the magnificent Riva promenade are 300 meters away from the apartment Koralj. Guests can enjoy walking the green forest park Marjan, located 800 meters from the apartment. Poljud Stadium is 900 meters away and the Bacvice beach 1 km. In every moment when guests need something the host is avelable. Peaceful surrounding even though it's in the city centre. Apartment is in the center so it's possible to acces anything by foot. It has all the modern amenities: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a small library. Also, our guests receive a welcoming bottle of homemade wine and olive oil. It's no more than 100 meters from the sea. A small terrasse, overlooking our garden, is perfect to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine.

The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.

It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.
