The apartment is located 1750 m above sea level. Very easily accessible by train via Chur (1 hour) (5-minute walk from the train station). Approx. 3-minute walk to the Obersee and the Untersee (swimming lake with a beautiful wooden bathing area). Everything is electronic, including the toilet. Parking space at the house may be available on request. There is also a public parking lot and a parking garage nearby.

The modern apartment is located on 1000 meters in the sunny village of Maladers, just a 10-minute drive from the cantonal capital Chur. The stable of the over 100-year-old farmhouse was remodeled with attention to detail. Welcome to the Alpine Retreat on Chur's local mountain "Brambrüesch" your gateway to the majestic Swiss Alps, designed for up to 8 guests. Nestled in a region known for its hiking trails, skiing and mountain biking, this chalet offers the ideal base for adventure and relaxation. Inside you will find a cozy atmosphere with 5 comfortable beds, and two bathrooms, one of which includes a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, a spacious terrace with a barbecue.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Spacious, family-friendly house (200 m²) on the Walenstadtberg with a fantastic view of the Swiss mountains and the valley. The entire house is exclusively available to our guests. Eight individually designed bedrooms, an open kitchen with dining area, a cozy lounge, a terrace, a private fitness room and a sauna ensure a relaxing stay. Ideal for families, groups and friends. Reservation for a minimum of three paying persons.

The modern, beautifully furnished 3-room apartment in the rustic mountain village of Tschiertschen with a cozy ski area offers a unique panoramic view in an atmospheric ambience. From the living room with open kitchen you can go into the private garden with covered seating and fire pit. The kitchen is very well equipped. The smaller bedroom has a sofa that is used as a comfortable double bed by children and adults.

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
