We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. The property is in close to 2 golf courses: Coyote Moon/Tahoe Donner. Tahoe Donner also offers amenities that include a gym, hot tubs, restaurants, snowplay, etc.
