Møllenberg is located in the heart of the city, bus and train within walking distance, Solsiden with cafes, shops and nightlife is a 3-minute walk away. We love living here and it is characterized by the apartment🤗

Here you can enjoy the silence, drink your morning coffee with a wide view and let the days be filled with trips, fresh air and a calm that only nature can provide. When evening comes, you can crawl up in front of the fireplace, hear the wood crackle and feel your shoulders relax. The cabin is simple and cozy, with nostalgic interior and soul from a bygone era. A place for those who want to relax, live slowly and take in all the beauty.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)
