Cozy and modern apartment of 45m² with easy access to everything you need in your everyday life. It comes with its own parking space for the apartment, with the possibility of electric car charging (for a small fee, please contact us). The apartment has an excellent location on the 3rd floor and is experienced without disturbing insight or noise. We usually have a dog living with us, so dogs are welcome😊 There is only one double bed in the apartment, but we have a double air mattress or a single mattress available. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. Enjoy the days with proximity to animals and nature, or seek out the forest, lake or mountain for freer nature. Here you have everything! The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, but several mattresses and cots can be added. Wheelchair friendly. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, the bathroom has a washing machine, underfloor heating in all rooms, central heating and parking. Playground with sandbox and climbing frame. Possibility of close contact with animals.

Practical and modern apartment with good location at Grilstad Marina close to the lake, hiking areas, restaurants, shopping center and frequent connection to Trondheim city center. The charging path right outside extends all the way to Nyhavna in the city center. There are good swimming opportunities in the immediate area, including Hansbakkfjæra, Grilstadfjæra and Væresbukta. Many playgrounds right outside the door. From Grilstad Marina there is a short drive to the city center of Trondheim and several major study sites such as NTNU.

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the vibrant Solsiden with restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping center. Short walking distance to the city center and all the attractions you may want for a stay in Trondheim.

Leiligheten er romslig for opptil 4 personer, men det er grei plass for 6. Vi tror du vil trives godt i leiligheten enten det er for jobb eller fritid.

In beautiful Bakklandet (Free parking)

We love our apartment, placed as it is in the middle of Trondheims old town. There is one private parking space in a locked garage which are available to you for free (value €40 a night). It is not available in November 2025. There is also a large private terrace with access from the living room available. The apartment is practical and well equipped with nice beds. Pls notice that this apartment is not a professionally rent out. We only rent to families, grown ups and business travelers.

Welcome to my very central, beautiful and spacious apartment with free parking in the basement! From this central place, the whole group has easy and quick access to whatever it may be like: - 3 min walk to bus, shopping, food and sightseeing. It is a delicate and cozy apartment with living room, kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet and two bedrooms. The beds are 1.80m and 1.20m, and there is room for inflatable mattresses. Hotel amenities such as towel and soap are included!

Here you live in a quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance of cafes, the fjord and Midtbyen. Perfect for couples, friends or business travelers who want ready-made beds and a hotel feel! The apartment is on the 2nd floor (access via a shared staircase) and is approximately 40 m² (431 sq. ft.), cleverly laid out to provide you with a comfortable stay.

The perfect holiday-house is now available for rent! This spacious home features 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a large outdoor area with a jacuzzi, BBQ, dining- and loungefurnitures. The house offers lightning fast 1000/1000-internet. A double garage with CCS-charging is available. Use after further agreement. There is plenty of parking availability on the property. Laundrymachine is unfortunately unavailable during the stay.

The spacious terrace with furniture provides excellent conditions on sunny days, fantastic for late summer nights. Despite the urban placement of the apartment, the neighbourhood is quiet making for a comfortable night's sleep.
