Newly built cabin from 2022 in the middle of an eldorado of cross-country ski trails. The place is the most snowy in the area. Cross-country ski trails run here from November to late April. The cabin contains 4 bedrooms, loft living room, open living room-kitchen solution, (living room has high ceiling, large bathroom with infrared sauna, private toilet room, laundry room, hallway. Large terrace with exit from the living room. Kitchen is richly equipped with dishwasher. The cabin has a year-round road, the road goes all the way to the cabin wall. Parking space for 4 cars. Great view.

Cabin Damtjenna, Selbustrand 4 Bedrooms and attic

Relax with the whole family in this practical cabin. There are several hiking opportunities in the area. Swimming in Damtjenna (approx. 350 m), hike up to Gapahuken at Gjøversaltjenna (approx. 1.5 km road/trail) or top hike to Gjøversalen at 664 m above sea level (partly trail) In winter there are nice ski slopes right outside the cabin. (skisporet.no) The entire plot is fenced which makes it convenient with a dog. There is a toll road with automatic sign reading up to the cabin, but 1 car can be included in the rent if you send registration number in advance.

Large detached house with all facilities in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house has a large veranda with good sun conditions and is fully equipped with everything you need. Short distances to several facilities and only 5 minutes to Heimdal city center where you will find several shops and restaurants. Free parking on the plot, space for 8 cars, there is also the possibility of charging an electric car (type 2) included in the rental price, (cannot guarantee that it works on all cars, but works on our Leaf and Tesla model S)

Welcome to this exclusive cabin in popular Damtjønna Hyttegrend! Here you will find plenty of outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, fishing and cross-country skiing. Prepared ski slopes in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. And you can explore Trondheim which is within reach (50min). The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Take care of small children, terrace has no railing.

Lian farm - the whole house

Wake up to Trondheim's finest view. You can enjoy the coffee cup on the tram or at the cozy old table inside the living room. The house is decorated with peace, coziness and well-being in mind. It is a house that creates a nostalgic and homely feeling. The house is located as part of Lian Gård in Bymarka. There is a former restaurant on the site. The house is located only 300 m from Lianvannet and 300 m from the tram terminal. There are two floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
