Waterfront vacation rentals in Trondheim

This was my second stay with Julie. When I wrote my first review, I said that if I ever returned to Trondheim, Julie's place would be my first choice. And I confirmed this with my actions. I was satisfied.

Cozy apartment centrally located

First rented this for a short period of time, but enjoyed it so much, so asked if I could stay 3 months. This worked out, the host was helpful and understanding in the situation. One adult and two children have thrived in rural surroundings, and had plenty of space indoors and outdoors. The host's family on site has made the stay very memorable with letting the kids feed horses. Top recommendations!

Fantastic place in a very beautiful and quiet part of Trondheim. Walking distance to the city centre through the picturesque Bakklandet.

We srayed 2 days at Einnars' appartement, which had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, at a walking distance from center of Trodheim.Einar was very helpfull during our arrival when we had a problem with entering at appartement.Generally, we had a very nice stay at the appartement.

An exceptionally hospitable host where nothing was an issue. Very nice location for our visit to Byåsen and Granåsen during the World Cup. Nice also for the elderly as there are bedrooms and bathrooms on both floors. Great house with plenty of space and it was decorated with roses and flags in real World Cup style. Good communication and the host went above and beyond expected service and information flow. We would be very happy to come back another time.

Nina's cabin is by far our favorite Airbnb we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Firstly, Nina is the most kind, wonderful, lovely host and she took such good care of us during our visit, even before arriving to help us with Wifi, directions, local recommendations, etc. Her cabin on the lake is the most idyllic, peaceful little home decorated so beautifully with rustic Scandic features and furniture. We could have stayed a month enjoying the calm of the lake, the views, and the nearby farms. Every morning waking up at this quaint little cabin was just breathtaking. We are already counting the days until we can come back to visit again. What an absolute gem of a home in Selbu. Thank you Nina!

Great stay! Highly recommended. Host communication was easy and efficient. Quick and pleasant responses. Everything is in line with the description. The house was cozy, tidy and nicely decorated, and we felt at home as soon as we entered the door. It was extra nice that it was decorated with freshly picked flowers. Here it is calm and quiet and there is nothing that disturbs. The view over the fjord is amazing from the terrace. In addition, it was affordable. Thank you! We would love to come back another time.

We had a fabulous time and this house was lovely. Beautiful views, and we walked to the beach regularly. Highly recommend.

What a glorious cabin and location! We had a really lovely time. It was very peaceful and the views across the fjord from the lounge and patio areas are stunning. My new favourite pastime is to sit and watch the sun drop slowly behind the hills across the fjord! The cabin had everything we needed and was clean, comfortable, warm and cosy. A car is recommended if you intend on doing any site seeing as although there are buses fairly nearby the cabin is located in a quiet, fairly remote area. It’s about a 20-25 minute drive into Trondheim City Centre. That said the drive is along the side of the fjord and was very scenic, so it was never a chore to drive into the city. There are good supermarkets about a 10 minute drive away from the cabin as well. The hosts were excellent communicators and really lovely. We loved our stay at the cabin and have no hesitation giving it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you 🙏 🇳🇴🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Peaceful, that's the first word that comes to mind... An excellent night and a small fire the day before to warm our frozen carcasses. Méritt is a great host! Thank you to her for the welcome.

Great and spacious house with all amenities. Large kitchen, refrigerator and all equipment. We were 7 people and had more than enough space. Nice outdoor areas. Easy to get to the city and airport by public transport. Good communication with the host, who was flexible with early check-in. Easy to get in with a code lock on the door. We would gladly come again!

Very friendly landlord, flexible and helpful. All rooms, with 14 beds, were nicely refurbished, and we felt very welcome. Large long table with room for 15-16 dinner guests. Facilities for video viewing and music. Fantastic views, heated pool and good opportunities for storage of refrigerated/frozen goods, clothes and equipment. Perfect for hosting a party!!

Asgeir's place was amongst my favourite places I've ever stayed in. The flat was beautiful, the views outstanding, the communication with Asgeir easy and pleasant. The flat is close to the city centre, easily walkable or regular busses. It's in a very picturesque neighbourhood full of beautiful walks. Would come stay again in a heartbeat - if you're looking for a place in Trondheim, I cannot recommend this place enough!

This is a super little apartment in a fabulous area of Trondheim with great bars and cafes on the doorstep.

Evelyn's home was beautiful and comfortable. We had everything that we needed, enjoyed having coffee available for morning and we were able to use the washer and dryer. Loved sitting out on the patio to relax in the evening. The place was very quiet and secure with easy walking distance to tourist attractions. Would definitely stay here again! Note: If coming in by train, it is much closer to use the Skansen train stop instead of the Trondheim central station , it will save you many blocks of walking.

If you're looking for a spot in a beautiful location close to town, this is it!! we woke up to amazing views from bed and swam off the dock every morning even in October and warmed up in the cosy cabin. suggest hiring a car to get around and really explore tronheim and the fjords around it. so happy we booked Micheal's place.

I stayed for a week and loved my stay in Francesfreya's apartment. I felt at home. there was everything I needed. I slept very well, which is quite rare for me. The apartment is extremely well located in the historic district in a quiet area. Francesfreya was also available, always answered my questions very quickly. A big thank you.

Nice to stay there and the host was pleasant and there were clear instructions and everything went well!
