It is located in the center of a forest of about 25,000 square meters that can be used in full. The place is very quiet; the street is private with a gate. From the property, there are several paths that allow guests to take relaxing walks. Aurora Medieval House - Granaio

Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!

Francesco's stone house

Mine is an old two-story stone house located in the countryside 10 minutes from the center. Completely renovated respecting tradition but equipped with all comforts. Perfect for couples, but also comfortable and welcoming for larger families. It consists of a kitchen with a living room with a sofa bed and bathroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom with a bathroom on the upper floor. Large and comfortable outdoor spaces for those who want to relax surrounded by nature.

A peaceful place

Relax alone or with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. You will find serenity, privacy, lots of greenery, roses, enchanting views, proximity to the Simbruini Mountains Regional Park, excursions, the magnificent Subiaco with its Benedictine monasteries, an introduction to the art of wood carving, the possibility of eating under a wisteria pergola, listening to good music, love and many books. There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.
