Open space in the historical centre, Cavana area

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Relax in this peaceful and centrally-located place, just a short walk from Viale XX Settembre and the public garden. The location is optimal because it is very well served and close to all the main points of interest. Our apartment was renovated in March 2024 and is ready to welcome you. The apartment is very bright and has a living room with a well-equipped kitchen area, a double bedroom, and a beautiful bathroom with a comfortable shower. In the living room, we have a sofa bed.

Casa Zen dista 200 m dalla splendida Piazza Unità d'Italia, 100 m dal Canale Ponterosso, Piazza della Borsa e a 1 minuto da Molo Audace. Dalla stazione ferroviaria si arriva a piedi in 5/10 minuti.

The area is quiet, in the immediate vicinity are the stops of several bus lines and various shops. Also within walking distance are the historic site of the Castle of S. Giusto, the Astronomical Observatory and the J.J. Winkelmann Civic Museum of Antiquities. Public parking is free in the district

Villa Irena is located in Vipavski Križ and it belongs to one of the most beautiful monuments in Slovenia. 500 years house is entirely renovated and designed for a relaxing get away. Speciality of the house is the terrace covered with vines. There you will find a table and chairs or a hammock which is perfect for hot summer evenings. House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.
