It is located 50 meters from the beaches and 500 meters from the village of S. Feliciano, in a strategic position for visiting the most beautiful centers of Tuscany and Umbria.

Guests will access the main entrance of the villa and, once they reach the door of the Tower, which is on the second floor, through a large staircase, they will have an independent accommodation, as it is equipped with all the amenities, exclusively reserved for them.
