You'll love the great food, the astonishing piece-of-arts in the territory and the warm hospitality of the people. Infinite trails are available from the house door for hiking and mountain-biking.

Following the recent implementation of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), you will not be able to access our garage during the restricted hours. Period residence in the historic center of Assisi, convenient for getting around on foot with free parking on site. The house includes a large dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, two bedrooms with two private bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, television and heating.

Just 20 minutes by car you can reach Rasiglia 'the little Umbrian Venice', Trevi, Bevagna, Montefalco, Campello sul Clitunno, Assisi, Spoleto.

The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
