We really enjoyed our stay at the Wagon House. It is a lovely house in peaceful and calm surroundings We had everything we needed. There are lots of board games, books etc to entertain on the odd rainy day. David was great at communicating with us before our holiday. Directions etc were perfect. Thank you.

You cannot find a more beautiful and peaceful location for a few days rest within nature. Their homestead is so quiet apart from bird song. The cottage is very calm and comfortable with a beautiful log fire in the cooler evenings. The private garden and terrace you have has wonderful views and is ideal for eating alfresco plus a very roomy private car park. Bed is super comfortable with lovely high quality linen. I would not hesitate to stay again and the cheeky gorgeous Truffle Cockerpoo owners dog is very friendly and welcoming.

The cottage and hut were a perfect fit for our group of traveling women - we stayed 5 nights & felt completely at home. Bedding was very comfortable. It actually became our favorite place from all others! easy access to Boscastle farm shop - which is the best I've been to... as well as, many charming sites. The garden simple & lovely, the wood fire a treasure as we experienced many soggy moments out. Our American ladies really appreciated the warm towel warmers! Heating in the house created a very relaxing stay. Raechel was very informative & welcoming, and all of my contacts with Sarah were delightful. We loved our experience here!

we spent two weeks at Pippa's place. it was everything that we were told and more. Pippa, Matt and the children were very welcoming and friendly. The Annexe is very spacious clean and comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would happily stay there again in the future and would absolutely recommend it to friends and family
