We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Mawgan Porth. The views over our favourite beach were stunning, and the grounds were equally impressive—peaceful, spacious, and well-kept. Inside, the house was stylish, comfortable, and perfect for our family of four (mum, dad, and two boys). With three large bedrooms, it was more than enough space. We’ve visited Mawgan Porth over 15 times and stayed in many places—this is one of the best. The house sits in the upper part of the bay with great access to the main road. Facilities were excellent: a lovely balcony, tasteful furniture, quality bed linen and towels, great lighting, and thoughtful touches like luxury handwash. The kitchen was especially well stocked with high-end equipment. Emma was a brilliant host—warm, communicative and made everything easy. This is easily the best property we’ve stayed in ever! Can't wait to return.

Great apartment with a beautiful view of the beach. Angie was super helpful and responsive, she made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment could have done with a little more thorough cleaning in the bedrooms but overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely Perfect! Our Second Stay at Baywatch, and We Love It Even More! This was our second time staying at Baywatch in Mawgan Porth, and we couldn’t be more delighted! From the moment we arrived, it felt like coming home. The house is just as welcoming as we remembered — everything is spotlessly clean, stylish, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing family getaway. Our family loves the spaciousness of the property, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. One of the highlights of staying at Baywatch is the wonderful location. Mawgan Porth is a beautiful, peaceful spot - even in peak season, with a great local pub. Can't wait to get back - asap!

Our stay at Greenacres was wonderful, the house is immaculate and a very relaxing environment for us all! The amenities for kids were great and the garden was very safe to run around in! The bedrooms themselves were all lovely and had everything we needed. Our bed was so comfy!! The only negative on the rooms was that we went for a week and had a lot of luggage across the family and there wasn’t tonnes of space to store it. Overall we had a wonderful stay and particularly enjoyed the view of the sea from the deck, which was also a great space to sit in the evening for dinner. If you have a car there loads to do in nearbg towns and villages. If you don’t then you can walk down to the bay which was beautiful.
