Hruška is the largest of the cottages, the bedroom upstairs is complemented by another sleeping loft, which children will love. Generous open space, larch, birch, a proper kitchen with a fireplace and a terrace, what more do you need… The cottage is ideal for a 4-member family, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills.

This special place has its own style. Completely renovated with a fireplace, outdoor sauna house, and a pool from May. In the house there is a billiard table and a foosball table ready to make the evenings more exciting. 300 MB fiber optic high-speed Internet and a wallbox for charging the electric car are also a matter of course. The house is in a secluded location directly on the hiking and biking trails. Approximately 250 km of mountain bike trails are available. 2 swimming lakes in the immediate vicinity.

Quietly situated forester's house for 2 families

We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, you are in the middle of it! In the summer you can enjoy the silence on the veranda and in the winter the cosines by the fireplace.

Cena je pro 2 osoby. Za každou další osobu se doplácí 10€/den. Maximální počet hostů 4. Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Welcome to the workshop. A former railway building, reimagined. This boutique loft, featuring a modern design and curated art, is a place to unwind and feel at home, with space for 2–6 people. It's the perfect base for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with breathtaking views. Excursion destinations such as the batwish, wild garden and rock slopes are in the immediate vicinity.

Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

Tiny house in the Upper Palatinate Forest

Our tiny house is located on a corner of our small farm. Set in an idyllic location, it allows you to unwind. There is space for four people (possibly 5 with children; just ask us), a kitchen (electric stove, oven, Nespresso machine), and a bathroom. The lake vacation home nature

The wooden vacation home is located on a 600 m² and lovingly designed property with plenty of space to relax and unwind for up to 6 people. Two terraces with awnings and cozy seating invite you to sunbathe or eat together. The highlights of the garden are a Jacuzzi with wood burning, a fire bowl and the rustic seating area in the countryside. The property has partial lake views - the swimming lake is about 3 minutes on foot.
