Apartment in Travemünde, very central, close to the harbor and the city center. Nice and quiet at the same time. Bright & friendly! For up to 5 people. Everything is new! 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed and a cozy balcony for relaxing, eating outside and listening to seagulls. For bad weather and Netflix evenings, there is fast Wi-Fi :-) In 1 minute's walk in the shopping street and on the water with a view of the ships and huge "pots." The beach promenade is also within walking distance.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Our beautiful 2-room studio apartment in the Kaiserallee with direct Baltic Sea view offers pure relaxation for 2 guests. Here you can relax on the balcony, watch the hustle and bustle on the Baltic Sea and let the day end comfortably. For an active vacation, the promenade is suitable for morning jogging, the golf course as well as a sailing school are located directly in front of the door and for the active swimmers the access is also directly in front of the door.

In our lovingly furnished apartment you can relax wonderfully - everything is available to feel comfortable - music, fresh bed linen, space to tell, a spacious balcony for breakfast in the sun, sun set in a beach chair, books and games, internet access ..... The bathroom and toilet has just been redesigned with floor level access to the shower and glass partition. Everything is freshly painted light grey and a new design floor has been laid throughout the apartment.

Our apartment is located in the north of Lübeck, in the Schlutup district, near the Trave estuary to the Baltic Sea. It is part of our house, but forms its own unit with separate entrance, shower bath, pantry, as well as its own large terrace with dining table and outdoor sofa. These lounge areas invite you to linger and relax..... 7 km to the city center of Lübeck, 12 km to Travemünde and just a few steps to neighboring Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

Our beautiful 1-room apartment with balcony, where you can have a wonderful breakfast, is located in a small well-kept complex. It is a 10-minute walk to the beach and to the "Flaniermeile Vordere Reihe" in Travemünde with numerous restaurants and beautiful shops. From there, there are also boat trips. Your own parking space is available. Close to various shops and bike rentals. In summer, free beach yoga takes place daily.

Durch die Gartentür am Ende der Auffahrt geht es direkt in den rückwärtigen Teil des Grundstücks, wo der Ferienbungalow (Nichtraucher) steht. Hier stehen ein kleines Schlafzimmer (9,34 m2) mit Doppelbett (1,40er Bett), ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Schlafsofa (9,28 m2) sowie die Küche (16,3 m2) mit Esstisch und Zugang zur eigenen Terrasse zur Verfügung. Bitte beachten: Die Unterkunft ist für Kinder nicht geeignet.
