This property is located on a hillside, in the center of Traunkirchen. The house was constructed in 1788, and has now been renovated for modern living. Situated in absolute serenity, the house offers a stunning view of the lake, the mountains on the east bank, and the village of Traunkirchen. There will be no other guests or landlord during your period of stay. The city center and the lake are about 8 minutes walking distance from the house on a steep walking trail. NO ROAD ACCESS TO THE HOUSE!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Losenbauerhütte is located at an altitude of 1,650 m, in the middle of the beautiful Tauplitzalm, the largest lake plateau in Central Europe. It originally dates back to 1503 and was completely renovated with much love in 2008. It is luxuriously equipped: gas central heating, underfloor heating on the first floor, sauna, very cozy, spacious kitchen-living room with tiled stove, 2 large bedrooms with open fireplace and a large terrace.

All shopping facilities are within 10 minutes. On request, a visit or a riding lesson can be organized on a nearby equestrian farm.

The house is about 500 years old, is idyllically located on the creek and has a great view of Lake Traunsee. The newly renovated ground floor of the house is exclusively rented. Hiking, walking, enjoying nature and animals and swimming at the swimming spot (400 m). 6 km away is the Feuerkogel, a small ski and hiking area. The chickens outside the door lay large organic eggs . The neighbor's bioshoes graze in our meadows. Two, max. four guest e-bikes can be rented.
