From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

A basic equipment for living is available. On request we can offer wood for the fireplace. The complete plot is available for well-being.

The train station can be reached on foot in 20 minutes, and a bus stop in 10 minutes. Public swimming areas in the Winkl district and in the center of Traunkirchen are also a few minutes away.

Parking is available on the street. You have to be good at walking!
