Large apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 meters with spectacular views of the Dolomites, suitable for large groups of up to 11 people. For groups of up to 7 people, I offer 2 rooms with amenities including linens, kitchen with dining area complete with dishes, bathroom with shower, panoramic balcony, laundry, parking space and Wi-Fi. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge under Mount Pelmo at the summit of 3,168 m. On clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon.

Beautiful small Loft, located in the village of Zortea, on the Dolomites of Lagorai in the natural park of Paneveggio, is located on the first floor of a typical local building completely renovated. It is spread over a single level with a mezzanine floor equipped with a terrace that runs along the entire perimeter of the house, equipped with a bench and a small table where you can enjoy a relaxing aperitif while enjoying a magnificent view of the quiet valley. Si compone di soggiorno con angolo cottura e caminetto, camera matrimoniale, bagno finestrato, vano scala da utilizzare come ripostiglio. Il soggiorno dispone di un grande divano che può essere adibito a due posti letto singoli. All'esterno, un piccolo angolo verde. Non sono ammessi animali ed è vietato fumare. One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.
