Condo vacation rentals in Toshima City

More than exceeded my expectations. Host Lisa is friendly and kind, and respond quickly. Bathroom, sheets, floor, etc were all very clean. The washing machine is small, but it is free! And works well. GREAT air conditioning. Blackout curtains. Beds are more spacious than they appear in the photo. Home overall is best for 1-3 people, as it is smaller, but works very nicely for a trip to the city. We had three people and while it was a little tight, it worked great. It’s awesome to have a balcony to sit on. There is a bit of construction happening at this time starting around 8:30AM that you can hear from the apartment but it is no fault of the host. Overall, an amazing stay. Would stay here again, especially for the price. Much (!!) better than hotels with similar prices in the area. Lisa, thanks for a great stay in Tokyo from America! 🇺🇸🇯🇵

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Es ist ganz in der Nähe von Nakano Broadway aber in einer ruhigen Straße. Das tat gut nach einem langen Tag im lauten Tokio. Die Wohnung ist eher sauber und es gab mehr Platz als erwartet. Es ist etwas eng in der Küche mit dem Bett neben dem Kühlschrank aber für ein paar Tage ist es kein Problem. Ich würde hier wieder wohnen. Die Kommunikation mit Hong war sehr gut, sie hat immer sofort geantwortet. Vielen Dank!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les détails et l'aide fournie pour arriver facilement depuis Narita, EleVen répond très vite et anticipe les questions ! Le quartier de Kabuki est bien sûr très animé, c'est ce que nous recherchions, mais l'appartement est bien isolé, ça n'est pas bruyant. Le balcon est très agréable pour profiter de la vue et étendre la lessive. Un lave linge est disponible et silencieux. L'appartement est pratique et confortable, avec une décoration moderne et de belles finitions. Il n'est pas possible de cuisiner mais il ya des konbini partout autour pour le petit déjeuner. Le Wi-Fi est bien pratique. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour !

房東服務態度很好 👍 房間乾淨且明亮透氣 雖說離車站有點距離 但附近有腳踏車供使用 很快就到上野車站 非常溫馨的體驗～🥰

環境很漂亮，客廳可以打開行李箱，樓中樓佈置的很舒服。缺點是上鋪頭容易撞到，建議可以貼海綿膠條！地點就在池袋下一站而已，所以很方便。

Le logement correspondait parfaitement à ce qui est renseigné L’arrivée est facile Le seul petit point c’est qu’il faut avoir des voisins qui respectent les consignes car les murs sont en bois. Donc on entend vite les voisins. Mais dès que j’ai fait la remarque, un message a été envoyé à l’ensemble des voisins ! Hyperréactif donc ! Merci

Great central location with access to 3 different train lines including JR, all within a 5-10min walk. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. Has all the basic amenities. The mattress was firm for my liking but still had a good sleep. I highly recommend the place and would stay here again in future.

It was great place near the station. And lots of convenience store near the place. It was on 3rd floor so we had a hard time bringing up our suitcases. All in all, it was a nice experience

Great location and funky flat. Close to tube station and on a buzzy street that’s not noisy when you’ve closed the door. Cosy and homely you can cook some bits and bobs if you need or pop out and get something local Billy even offered to come over and show me how to work the washing machine!

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Loved staying here. Probably the best airbnb choice I've made throughout my entire Asia trip this year! Not only was the location in a prime spot, between 2 accessible stations, it was near a great selection of food, convenience stores, and a Don Quijote. My favorite thing about it was the amount of separate bathrooms and showers, big enough for our group of 6 people to utilize without waiting on each other to finish. The hosts were great communicators and very sweet, they understood our travel needs and were able to accommodate us for a few hours early to ensure we didn't have to carry our luggage the entire day before we could fully check-in. Would definitely come back to this airbnb again for a future vacation! Rooms were big enough to have your luggage spread out, also a cozy living room to gather and talk with friends before the day begins. Love, love, loveeeeed our stay!

非常好的一次住宿体验，设施齐全，床很大，干净整洁。地段优越，距离车站300米左右，旁边50米就有便利店，十分方便😊👍

The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to almost all lawson or 7-11 stores which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment. The host was kind, respectful, and an overall wonderful person, would recommend to any one who want stay at his apartment. Looking forward to staying here again...

Wir waren 17 Nächte im Apartment und wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Die Kommunikation von Takeshi war sehr zuvorkommend und pro aktiv. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder.

This Airbnb was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at. The sheets and pillow cases were brand new and you can tell the owner puts a lot of effort into making every part of the house spotless and aesthetically pleasing. It also had everything you need including office supplies, a kettle, first aid, a rice cooker, and toiletries. The AC in both bedrooms were powerful and great after a long hot day. The host is very responsive, kind, and helpful. It was only a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station, and the neighborhood was very peaceful. My group of 4 stayed here for one whole week, and we definitely would recommend this place to others visiting Japan for the first time. :)

入住很方便，房東很熱心，關心我們行程、飲食，還有推薦我們可以去哪吃美食，地點很好找，交通便利，還是有美中不足的，沒電梯，所以要提行李上下樓，可惜了點

place are really nice and clean, host are really helpful, we have problem due finding address, host are coming personally super quick take us there, really much appreciated.

A very relaxing place to stay and all the staff are very friendly. They give you new towels and water bottles every night. The only thing slightly inconvenient is the third furthest bedroom requires going through the 2nd bedroom to leave the hotel or go to the bathroom. This means having to intrude on whoever is in there in order to leave your room. The other 2 bedrooms have no problems like this. Everything else was perfect!

Nice stay, never knew Ikebukuro was such a great spot in Tokyo. Smelled a bit musty when we checked in, but opening the windows cleared it up for the most part. The host was very accommodating in allowing us a late checkout so I don’t feel any need to dock points. If you’re planning to spend a short time in Tokyo, with only being in the Airbnb for sleep, it’s a great value!

Great area with many restaurants nearby. There is also an Aeon for simple grocery shopping to make meals. As it is close to the train station and also many drinking spots, some noise is to be expected. light sleepers beware. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Easy access to the Yamamote line enables flexible plans.

Affordable, clean spot right next to the major JR train station. Despite the busy location the neighborhood is quiet. Has an elevator for those with a lot of luggage.
