Apartment vacation rentals in Toshima City

Spend wonderful week of staying in this place, small apartment but great neighborhood.

The location is quite close to the subway, and the room is also large enough to spread out both large suitcases and there is still room to walk, but the soundproofing in the bathroom is not very good

My family and I stayed in Mayumi's place for 4 nights. The property was clean and the host provided us freebies when we arrived. Mayumi and her husband were very responsive and kind. I like this place because it's close to places of interest, i.e. Shinjuku and Shibuya, via train, but it is in a residential area. It is also right across the JR train station, so it's easy to go around and travel. There are stores and restaurants in the area, so it's easy to go out for food and basic needs. We recommend this place for families!

This place was great for us for a couple of nights. The air conditioner was amazing after a long day walking through Tokyo. The host was so nice and easy to talk to. Loved it!

Clean, quiet, and very well appointed home. It was obvious the host took great care to try and think of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. He was exceptionally responsive and also helped me with some of my trip plans when I asked. It was greatly appreciated! It is not close to the center of the city, which wasn’t always convenient but I would not have wanted to stay in the heart of bustling Shibuya, so it really comes down to preference.

We have a fabulous stay at Chie’s place. Everything is walkable distance. Chei is amazing and responses quick and helped us a lot. We are a group of 7 with 5 high schoolers. This is their graduation trip. As a mom, we feel comfortable to let them walk to the arcade or claw machine stores at 11 pm. They had so much fun during the stay. The place is as described and you couldn’t find anywhere with two showers and two bathrooms even those family style hotels. It is a ⭐️. Place is spacious, my 6ft 3 inches 200 lbs boy has not complained at all. He slept well and has plenty of room in the shower.

Great place, exactly as described with fantastic communication throughout our stay. Loved the location - very close to station & accessible to all of Tokyo. Some lovely restaurants locally with great value and very welcoming to us who have no Japanese. Cosy apartment with everything you need and fantastic night views of downtown Tokyo & the Skytree. Would highly recommend

The house is clean and suitable for a single person or a couple. There is kitchenware for simple cooking. A little problem when I check in, the Google maps pointed to a wrong road, it is recommended to use Apple's own maps to be more accurate. The key was on the ground on the right hand side of the fence, as I checked in at night I didn't notice the key box on the ground first time. It would be clearer if provide photos. If you are carrying oversized suitcases it can be a bit inconvenient to go up and down the stairs here as they are very narrow, but if you are a backpacker staying here it is perfect and it is only a 2 minute walk to Kita-ikebukuro Station!

The area and the place is amazing, during our trip this was our most special apartment, we really felt how it would be like to live in Tokyo.

I -loved- staying at MK Tokyo Stay! I already miss being there, and I’m still in Japan traveling around. Oki is absolutely the best host I’ve ever encountered. So warm and friendly and welcoming and eager to help! And the location was amazing. Maybe a 10 minute walk to Takadanobaba station, which is on the Yamanote line, only 5 minutes from Shinjuku. So perfect for getting around. And you can’t beat having a private gym. That’s a rare find in Japan! I will absolutely be staying here again the next time I’m in Tokyo! The only thing I suggest is bringing a face mask if you wake up easily to sunlight. There aren’t any blackout curtains.

Totally enjoyed our stay at Taiga’s airbnb. The place is very easy to locate, check in instructions were very clear. Taiga is also very responsive when we had queries. Very clean and beautiful place. A quiet and peaceful neighborhood, very good for wind down after a day out and seeing crowds everywhere. Will highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again when we next come Tokyo! This was a great place to stay, only an 8 minute walk from Sugamo station on the Yamanote line. The place is quite small but the bedroom and bathroom are spacious. Gets great natural lighting, air conditioning, complete with TV and bathroom drying feature. I was really happy to find a place like this, especially with a well stacked Lawson nearby. The host was so accommodating with me, and quickly responded and helped with anything I needed. I was so grateful to be able to relax here during my stay. If you have lots of heavy luggage, there is no elevator, so please consider that when booking this place. My luggage was small so I was able to make it up the stairs, and everything worked out just fine. Overall good experience staying here, thank you so much!

We really enjoyed our stay in Cask Village. The room was beautiful, and it was nice to have a kitchen and a washing machine. The showers were very big as well. The neighbourhood is very cosy and away from the hustle and bustle from Tokyo, very peaceful! There were 2 stations nearby, which brought us to most neighbourhoods in around 30 minutes. The host received my lost luggage when it arrived (when we weren’t at the hotel) and sent us a message to ask us where to put it. Very grateful for that :) I would recommend Cask Village to anyone who wants to experience a beautiful room, close to Tokyo and in a peaceful neighbourhood.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the northeast exit of Ikebukuro, there are all kinds of convenience stores and restaurants along the way, there is a big donki and several drug stores at the subway station exit, it's very convenient to buy things👍🏻 The host arranged the beds in advance and reminded us to bring extra clothes as it was quite cold recently.The room is a little small for four people, but it is well equipped with everything, so you don't need to bring too many things.And I'm very fortunate to have booked a room with an elevator, if I have to climb the stairs after walking 20,000 steps every day, the sky will collapse, so I highly recommend it😄👍🏻

I really enjoyed my stay at Hajime’s place! Great location and a great person that communicates with you. There was just some trash still left in the room. Other than that, an amazing place to stay in!

Just a few minutes from Kitaikebukuro Station, there is a small aeon supermarket from the station to the house. The homestay is quite large. The living room can accommodate 3 large people. The bathroom area is also large. It is comfortable to live. It is less than 30 minutes from the house to JR Ikebukuro Station. The owner will ask us what we need. Very good. The only thing is that the pillow is too soft.

Staying at this hidden gem was an absolute treat. Pati, our wonderful host, made our first trip to Japan unforgettable by offering amazing recommendations for food, shopping, and travel. After much research on where to stay, discovering Koenji and Pati's place felt like finding gold at the end of the rainbow. The location was perfect for us, as we love to walk—stations were easily accessible by foot, and the Koenji shops were just a short stroll away. The space itself was perfect—spacious, full of natural light, with a lovely little balcony. The large dining table and open layout made it feel like a true home away from home. We stayed for 8 nights and it was ideal for a longer stay. Despite the cold weather and snow on the first night, the heating kept us warm and cozy. Hot tip: definitely rent a bike to explore Koenji and Tokyo—it’s a fantastic way to get around. Thank you again, Pati, for your kindness and hospitality. We can’t wait to return to our new favorite place in Tokyo! :)

The host was very quick to respond. The location was perfect and quiet. Everything was close. I cant say enough good things.

Perfect fit for our family of 6 including 3 kids. Very compact but well equipped and cozy, close to Yamanote line. They even provide with a coin dryer just outside the door next to elevator. The hosts are responsive, friendly and nice. Helen even welcomed us in person on our check in day, thank you very much! We had a great stay and it is definitely highly recommended by us.

Loved staying here! The beds were very comfy, and the room had all the essentials you could ever need! Mr.Masakatsu was incredibly friendly and welcoming, he carried my stuff to my room and showed me all the amenities of my room. The room itself is a 6 min walk to the train station which is super nice! I would love to be able to come back here on my next trip!

Kota and Shunki’s apartment was very clean and cozy. Nice and quiet at night despite easy access to Shin Okubo station. I enjoyed my stay and would come again.

Very nice stay!From the airport, I don't know how to turn the line. I asked the host to reply in a very timely and careful manner. When I arrived, I saw an employee beckoned to us, warmly helped us with luggage, the house is not far from the subway station, and the surrounding area is quiet, but the convenience store is very complete and feels safe. Both of us girls play very late for two days. There are also off-workers on the way. The house is really new, super clean and hygienic, and it is also very carefully prepared for disposable items and toothbrush paste, etc. The amount of water temperature for bathing is very suitable, the body wash and body wash provided is also a very good use of fragrance!The bed is also good to sleep well, we are almost atrocious on both days in Tokyo, and it is really important to have a clean and comfortable room ~ It is very important to remember the good memories of Tokyo in the future will be reminiscent of the comfort of the B&B and the warmth of the host ~ Best regards😄
