The house is very beautiful, well located, well equipped, tastefully decorated, very pleasant to stay in. Rental recommended to friends for a pleasant stay. No unpleasant comments to make.

Outstanding cosy apartment, really nice, right on the Porto canale - outstanding location. No kitchen, but you would be crazy cooling at home with such great restaurants around ! Valerio recommended the perfect parking spot. Always reactive. A lady living right in front of the apartment helps him out, she also provided some excellent local recommendations. A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

House with a wonderful garden, nestled in the hills of Romagna. It turned out to be the perfect place for us and our dog, who were looking for a quiet place, but just a few minutes' drive from the city. The garden (fully fenced) always has large shaded areas during the day. The house has everything you need for both short and long stays: kitchen with numerous dishes, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and good wifi connection. Mauro is a very active host: we had a small setback during check-in and he solved it immediately. The ideal solution for those looking for a few days of absolute peace!

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

A dream week in the Marche region with the whole tribe: cousins, sisters, parents, dog, and mother-in-law (yes, even her). The villa? A paradise. Top pool, therapeutic hot tub (also for the nerves), BBQ for serial grillers. Stefano and Alessandro: 10 out of 10, always present but never intrusive. Postcard views, comfort everywhere. We relaxed, had fun and... gained weight. We'd go back tomorrow. In fact, we'd move in.

Our stay in Teodorano was simply fantastic! The accommodation is super nice, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. Antonella, our hostess, was totally warm and made us feel right at home with her open manner. Her husband was also super helpful and supported us in everything – both are just wonderful people. And the best part: Antonella is a fantastic cook! As a surprise, she even gave us something delicious for the onward journey – what a lovely gesture! We really enjoyed the time there and would definitely come back. Absolutely recommended!

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

We stayed in 13 at Angelo's house, for the weekend of June 2. The house is very beautiful, in a quiet area, it is very spacious both inside and outside, with a patio and a garden that offer a beautiful view. The pool, being above ground, is not very large but absolutely functional for cooling off while enjoying the garden, and it was very much used by the 5 girls of the group who had a great time! Angelo was always available and kind to us, a great host!

Nice apartment. Metromare was easy to use, we got to Rimini and Riccione well and quickly. The swimming pool was good. The staff was friendly!

Very large apartment with well divided spaces. Complete with every comfort and spectacular views. Tranquility reigns supreme. Federica was very helpful and always responsive. The apartment is a short walk from the center of Verucchio, unfortunately there is no sidewalk to get to the center, but in 1 minute by car you can reach the parking lots in the center. The location is strategic to also visit San Marino and Rimini. I highly recommend it

We (two adults, two 14-year-old sons) felt very comfortable in the place from the beginning. The furnishings were practical and simple, no frills. The division also suited us: the parents downstairs, the youth upstairs.The location was😉 also right for us. We can highly recommend the accommodation!

Great place to stay and minutes of walking from the beach and from the restaurants. The flat had a little balcony, where we could fit two chairs and gaze at sunsets with a glass of wine. The bed wasn't the best, but it was OK. Also blinds helps you to get all the sleep you need as it is pitch black when closed. The host provided coffee pods for the machine and we couldn't find the matching ones in the supermarket.

We were very satisfied, super apartment for a reasonable price based on location. Guiseppe and I were able to work everything out without a problem. The location is also great, waterfront with lively action and friendly residents.

Our stay in apartment 8b was wonderful. Great proximity to the beach and promenade providing opportunities to walk regularly. Metromare bus got us from station to apartment quickly and only required an easy walk. Giacomo was able to answer queries when required. An easy walk (25 minutes) to old town. Local restaurants along beachfront offered plenty of variety. Apartment washing machine was perfect. Bed was really comfortable and area was quiet at night.
