Easy check in with keypad entry. This 100 years old bungalow is totally remodeled, perfect for a small family of 4 that are traveling, visiting friend/family or 3/4 people looking to stay during work period. Great for relax and rest after a busy work day. Fully clean and equipped to have a pleasant stay!

Centrally Located Cozy Villa

Walk out basement has 2 bedrooms, a family room, a full bathroom and place to prepare meals without a stove. Access is through the back door and patio areas. There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing. Great for hours of relaxation and making memories,....for our booked guests only. (ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS). Please respect the owners and our neighbors.

The whole family will love this classic College Hill home! Adults can sit and relax on the covered front porch while keeping an eye on the kids playing at the park only yards away! All living spaces have been recently renovated and are on one floor with no need to climb stairs (after the front porch)! The home is centrally located and only minutes away from Washburn University, Hummer Sports Park, Stormont Vail Events Center and pretty much anything else you might be in town for!

This 2 bedroom home is recently remodeled but kept some of the charm of yesteryear in a quiet neighborhood that makes it easy to get to the Hummer Sports Park, Topeka Civic Theater, the Hospital District, the revived Downtown, Topeka Zoo, and Washburn University, yet only 1.5 miles to I-70 if you are traveling and just need a spot to rest your head. Your travel companion will feel right at home too with the fenced in backyard!

Located in the SW area of Lake Shawnee within walking distance to many of the lake’s amenities such as the tennis courts, sand volleyball, playground, shelter house three, the south boat ramp, and the walking/bike trail. It’s close to both gazebos & the rose garden - popular wedding venues. It's great for a romantic getaway or a long weekend. Enjoy sunrises over the lake with a hot cup of coffee on the patio. And there’s a hot tub and pool to enjoy during your stay.
